We recently stayed at this resort as a family of 17 for two nights. While the resort offers a kid-friendly environment with a good range of entertainment options for children, I must say—this was unfortunately the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. First, the rooms do not provide an iron or ironing board, which we were told is due to “safety reasons.” Instead, guests are required to use the hotel’s paid ironing service, which is quite expensive. This felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, especially at a resort that claims to be 5-star. Second, we booked the pickleball court through the receptionist but were not informed that there would be an additional charge—200,000 VND for the court and 100,000 VND for racket rental per hour. This lack of clear communication left us feeling misled. To make matters worse, when we tried to clarify this, the pickleball area had no phone, and we were advised to walk back to reception ourselves—something that should not happen at a resort of this level. Third, breakfast service was far from accommodating. Despite the dining area being less than half full, the staff initially refused to arrange tables so our large family could sit together. Only after escalating to a manager did they finally agree to assist. While the resort may look appealing and has potential, the service we experienced was far below expectations. It’s disappointing that basic hospitality and communication were lacking throughout our stay. Regrettably, this has been the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel, and we do not plan to return. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve, as the property does have promise if better service standards are put in place.
