Liked : Nice and beautiful area for photo sessions for couples Disliked · Terrible hotel experience - will never be repeated - Food at the restaurant is very poor quality. - Staff is very unprofessional rude and quiet unhepfull as well as difficult to communicate with. - the room is so small and pool was very dirty with no water pump active . Even after repeated calls to the staff no cleaning of the pool was done.! - shockingly all hotel staff go home at night and leave the hotel empty and swtich off all the lights. Only one security guy is available . I felt very insecure and unsafe and had to check out at night.

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

I just returned from 1 week's stay at the NH Boat Lagoon Hotel in Phuket with my 10 year old son, joined part way through by my 39 year-old son :-) We all felt that the hotel was ideal for a relaxing, chill-out break. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool, fitness centre and other facilities were great and the restaurant and bar served pretty tasty and reasonably priced food and drink. The service throughout was great, as per usual in Thailand, and the buffet breakfast was also quite decent and varied. There was a slight mix-up with the rooms upon arrival, which was not the fault of the hotel, but Frank, the Front Desk Manager, sorted it out amicably and professionally and actually put us in what probably turned out to be a better room than we would otherwise have been in. The hotel rooms are split into 2 sections, some in the main body of the hotel and some near the marina, about 5-10 minutes walk away, with a shuttle-bus services between the two, on demand. Frank suggested we would probably be happier in the main part of the hotel, near the pool and other facilities and he was right, as it was great to be able to come out from the room directly to the pool and restaurant, without having to make the journey from the marina, especially in the heat. There 's quite a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away from the hotel where you can get just about everything you might need and there's also a little launderette and cafe nearby the supermarket, as well as an Ice Rink, if that takes your fancy ! Down by the marina there are several restaurants that all looked pretty nice. We tried the Sushi one and it was amazing and very good value as sushi goes. We also went to the Egyptian restaurant near the hotel and that was delicious too and lovely service. The hotel is also very close the the Royal Phuket Marina, from where you can catch many boat rides to the islands, which makes a great day out ! We also went to the Andamanda Waterpark and it was simply amazing and really good value for a day out with (or without) the kids! The water rides were fantastic, there was a great wave pool (with swim-up bar) that came close to being as good as Disneyworld and there were sun-loungers where you could relax for free, food and drink again at afforadable prices, with unlimited iced water refills for about 3 euros. (You're not allowed to take your own food and drink). All in all I would highly recommend this resort hotel and plan to return there again soon with my wife !

La posizione della villa è stata fissata al mattino, quindi il noleggio auto è molto conveniente  . La villa è molto alta e la casa è molto grande e buona. La piscina privata è buona e la qualità dell'acqua è buona. La profondità dell'acqua può nuotare , il bagno è molto grande, il bagno è completamente separato, l'intervallo è molto buono, (La pressione dell'acqua e dell'aria di  è scarsa) Villa  Ha luce naturale durante il giorno, la luce non è abbastanza per la notte, ma un po'  romantico può essere progettato in modo speciale.Lo spazio è grande e la cucina aperta è a posto!Oltre all'automobile  Una villa ha un bus di shuttle per andare a Layan Beach, Boat Avenue, Tesco Lotus. Quando si può chiedere il calendario, questa volta si è soggiornato 3 notti  Buona rimorchia ....

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

Excellent service and outstanding staff. We just spent 4 days and 3 night at Mission Hill Golf Resort at Phuket, played 2 round of golf with very helpful caddy. Price is right and we did enjoy a quiet, relax and playful golf trip! Suggest to visit between November to April as Thai weather can be very HOT, especially for North America people.

We are a group of 8, so we booked a few rooms plus a 3 bedroom pool villa good for our group. Pool in the villa is large but there are a lot of mosquitoes. That does affect the time we spend outdoors. We stay safe indoors by keeping the doors and windows shut most times and turn on the air conditioning. ( they should do some regular fogging as the mosquitoes situation are really bad and we all got bitten on arrival ) Good selection of movies. Spacious 2 storeys villa with plenty of seats for talking and eating. Breakfast in the La Sirena Restaurant has a decent selection with a la carte choice for egg dish and buffet for the pastries/ fruits / drinks and cheese. We try the on site Thai restaurant which is above average especially the mango sticky rice. Overall a decent stay if they can control the mosquitoes situation.

All'inizio abbiamo prenotato per una settimana, ma da quando tutto era in ordine, abbiamo deciso di rimanere per due settimane. Tutto andava bene fino a quando i custodi non ci ROBBED! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh package of cigarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 cigarettes. Sappiamo che non è il denaro che si lamenta, ma la cosa è che è successo. E se avessimo lasciato più denaro? E' ovvio che avrebbe rubato anche questo.. wow.. Quando siamo andati al reception e abbiamo descritto la situazione, un uomo che lavorava al reception ha cominciato a ridere di noi! Il personale è assolutamente orribile, non può comunicare normalmente e non ha alcun rispetto per i suoi clienti. Non volevamo che la nostra stanza fosse pulita per il resto del soggiorno, perché temevamo che qualcosa potesse essere rubato di nuovo. Ci siamo confrontati con un custode e aveva un sacco di soldi, ma ci ignorava e non poteva guardare negli occhi. Il direttore di questo hotel ha cercato di scoprire tutto, ma i lavoratori hanno negato tutto. Questa è una commedia assoluta. E non abbiamo alcuna compensazione. Il personale ha rovinato tutto il soggiorno. Non ci sarebbe rimasto qui.

A causa delle ore 12.00 di notte, un'auto è stata chiamata all'hotel fuori dalla porta dell'aeroporto. Ci vuole 300 Tay. Il conducente ha passato più di mezz'ora a venire all'hotel. (meno di dieci minuti di auto) avrà ancora un po'di paura 😂 di un piccolo ragazzo alla reception dopo il negozio Molto educato, posso andare in camera senza minuti. In generale, è possibile. Il problema più importante è la pressione dell'acqua. L'acqua è piccola e fredda per un po'. È come tornare all'inferno e tornare al mondo 😂😂 Perché sono andato via prima di arrivare tardi al negozio, quindi non ho fatto foto della stanza, Questo posto per la colazione è ancora fantastico.
