Eccellente! Questo è il miglior resort in cui siamo mai stati. Le migliori ville, la migliore vista, la migliore colazione, il miglior cibo, il miglior pesce, i migliori servizi, il miglior team, persone davvero gentili, tutto sorride. Smile resort, lo è! Lo adoro! Soprattutto il GM Oon, il miglior leader! Lo chef Poon, il gentiluomo più gentile e la migliore cucina, la migliore responsabile delle pulizie Malee, si prende cura di tutti, proprio come la nostra mamma. Così gentile! cura di noi 24 ore su 24. E hanno preparato una sala compleanno molto bella e la migliore torta al cocco, è la migliore torta che abbia mai mangiato. Questo è il miglior hotel che abbiamo visitato in così tanti paesi, che si tratti della decorazione della villa, del cibo, dell'ambiente, dei servizi igienico-sanitari, del servizio, della sicurezza, delle persone, è tutto fantastico! Adoro questo resort così tanto! Ho trascorso qui la vacanza più rilassante, divertente e tranquilla! Il team dell'hotel ha anche aiutato premurosamente a organizzare la scena del compleanno e ha preparato la torta al cocco più deliziosa! meravigliosa! Situato in una piccola isola, gode di tutta l'atmosfera tranquilla e allo stesso tempo di un facile accesso alla città con il taxi acqueo complementare. La Villa è in ottime condizioni con piscina privata e ampie camere da letto/soggiorno. Anche se non ci sono molti servizi (se si confrontano altre ville di alto livello), per me è comunque adeguato in quanto non avrei bisogno di lasciare la mia villa e godermi l'intera giornata. Il personale è molto disponibile e serve con il cuore. Potresti non sentire alcuni dettagli (servizi, ristoranti) rispetto alla villa di livello superiore, quindi, se hai solo bisogno della tua villa spaziosa e bella sarai soddisfatto di ciò che ottieni, e per un livello di prezzo molto ragionevole rispetto ad altri La Villa di Phuket

The pros- Upon checking in, I was really impressed with how Como Point Yamu has a melange of modern and contemporary European aesthetics with Thai elements which surprisingly work really work well together. It took approximately 40 mins to get to the airport and 40 mins to get to central Phuket. The hotel is beautifully styled and feels like a luxurious retreat. The room very clean and spacious, and we were able to get a room with a large bath tub (as requested) and even a balcony with a view of the bay. The are a lot of activities to keep you busy during the day- yoga/stretching classes, beach walks, bracelet making classes, towel folding classes, etc which were complimentary. Enjoyed using the gym facilities as well. For breakfast- the selection was plentiful (buffet and a la carte menu) and there were a lot of fresh fruits and juices to choose from. Especially enjoyed the chocolate muffins. Breakfast is at La Sirena which is by the pool, and has a wonderful view of the sea. The Pad Kra Pao from the in-room dining menu one of the favorite things I had during my trip. Some points that can be improved- Staff and hospitality may be inconsistent. The reception staff were very friendly but the communication regarding activities prior to checking in seemed to had not been well coordinated. The massage I had booked had not been confirmed due to a technical/communication error. The Como Shamabala staff were really great and professional. I had a massage in the past at the Como Shambala Spa which was one of the best, but this time the massage therapist did not reach my expectations. Upon informing the staff, the team called for the therapist to provide a session. Regarding a breakfast staff- For the a la carte menu (1 order per person) I was not able to finish the fried rice which I didn’t want it to go to waste so I asked if we could get it to go. After it had been packed up, the staff which handed it to us (pretty sternly) said we were not allowed pack up food. If only the staff had told us that this couldn’t be done, we would have understood. At the Como in Ubud we were able to get the food to go- but policy might be different. Overall- it was a wonderful experience especially for the price, and would definitely stay here again.

Un ottimo hotel per rilassarsi e per gli atleti. Anche se avete un'auto/motorino l'hotel è l'ideale. Tuttavia, devi percorrere distanze relativamente lunghe e devi esserne consapevole. Avevo un geco 💩 sul mio letto 🙈 Ho chiesto un'altra stanza, che mi è stata offerta anche lei, ma con 20 milioni di zanzare, quindi ho scelto il geco, che tra l'altro mi è venuto a trovare solo due volte e si è subito nascosto di nuovo quando sono entrato la stanza. Quindi per chi lo trova molto spiacevole, un piccolo geco non è una brutta cosa. 😉 L'aria condizionata è incredibilmente rumorosa. Anche i rumori provenienti dall'esterno (porto) non sono sempre necessariamente silenziosi. Ero in un edificio diverso, a seconda della posizione potrebbe essere una lunga passeggiata fino all'edificio principale. Tuttavia, puoi sempre chiedere a qualcuno di venirti a prendere e riportarti. Nel complesso, buono per rilassarsi, ma se vuoi sperimentare qualcosa, devi essere consapevole della distanza da tutto. Personale super adorabile! Anche la scelta della colazione era ottima: qualcosa per tutti!

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure my trip was perfect. The villas themselves are stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the little details, like the quality linens and nightly turndown service, really made a difference. The private pool in my villa was an absolute highlight—clean, serene, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Speaking of relaxation, the resort’s main pool is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and lush greenery surrounding it. It felt like a hidden oasis. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites. Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond, whether it was helping me book excursions, recommending local spots to visit, or just checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.

Amazing hotel! You get your own private entrance and parking spot if needed. Its clean, quiet, spacious and the staff are lovely and provide towels and water everyday. There is a shared kitched by the front of the building. And a few shops nearby.
