Hotel in zona Ko Nakha Noi, Phuket

I stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in this hotel between December 30th, 2022, and January 2nd 2023. The rooms and facilities were very good, especially when you compare the level of service to the price you paid (50$ a night per room, including breakfast! And on new year’s eve!) Breakfast menu is average and includes an adequate numbers of options and variations. The pool is beautiful, clean, and spacious. But its only problem is being understaffed; there was only one guy who’s in charge of food and beverages as well as the towels! And the poor guy had to walk all the way up across many flights of stairs to get each order from the kitchen! He’s a humble and very helpful guy by the way, so be good and patient with him, Kasim you are the best! The hotel is isolated a little, but they provide free bus trips to Old Phuket Town on daily basis. We had a rented car so we had more freedom to move. Be careful while strolling at night, because you’re literally in the middle of a jungle, there are many kinds of insects and strange creatures roaming in and around the place at night, including billions of mosquitoes! Anyway! I’d definitely love to pay it another visit when I’m in Phuket next time, but only if I have a car or if I’m planning on having secluded time with my wife in the arms of nature.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

Consiglio al 100% una delle migliori esperienze in hotel, il servizio è molto attento, piacevole, la camera è pulitissima, pulita, il letto è fatto perfettamente, panorami incredibili, la piscina, l'esterno e il cibo sono perfetti, tutto è perfetto, accessori per il bagno ecc. con molti dettagli, infatti abbiamo ripetuto nella stessa catena un altro hotel Santhiya in un altro posto in Thailandia e un ottimo servizio e qualità prezzo per quello che è!

La stanza si sente datata.Il con d'aria è troppo freddo e non siamo riusciti a girarlo, quindi ho dovuto svegliarmi di notte per spostare l'a/c, poi ripetere la notte.Il buffet per colazione è abbastanza buono con il colazione americano e le scelte locali. La piscina è molto bella. Puoi accedere alla piscina con la partenza fuori dalla stanza. Il mio bambino gode molto della scivola in piscina, che mi fa sentire molto meglio dopo aver dovuto svegliarmi poche volte durante la notte. Avrei dato a questo hotel 4 stelle, finché non abbiamo trovato un cazzo nella nostra stanza.

La camera è buona, il servizio è molto buono, ho vissuto nelle vicinanze prima, molto confortevole, devo tornare e rimanere di nuovo.

È un piccolo hotel sul lato della strada che è conveniente per viaggiare. C'è un bel caffè. Bevande a prezzi accessibili e buon gusto. Un ristorante di servizio molto buono vicino alla scuola è altrettanto buono.

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

Had everything I needed. 24 hour front desk with drinks available for purchase. Large fridge & freezer. Tea kettle with coffee and mineral water provided daily. Friendly & helpful staff. Around the corner from the night market & plenty of food options nearby.

Ho soggiornato qui durante le vacanze di fine anno e Capodanno. Ho potuto vivere un'esperienza straordinaria, non sperimentabile in Giappone, e ho potuto trascorrere un periodo di relax. La camera era una suite ed era di dimensioni perfette per una famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli). La colazione aveva quasi lo stesso contenuto, quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stato carino avere un menu giornaliero. Sono andato in tutti e tre i ristoranti per pranzo e cena, ma sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che il ristorante giapponese Koko fosse costoso e la qualità fosse bassa. Ho notato l'ultimo giorno che il piano all-inclusive costa 2.550 parti, obbligatorio per chi soggiorna per 3 o più notti. Era anche un hotel che avrei voluto visitare tra qualche anno quando i miei figli sarebbero cresciuti.
