Hotel in zona Khao Phrathaeo Wildlife Conservation and Development Station, Phuket

L'hotel ha un vasto territorio e paesaggi spettacolari. Ci siamo trasferiti in “villa piscina 212”, aveva abbastanza vecchi interni e piscina pulita. Villa deve andare alla rinnovazione ma ancora in uso. Colazione visitata una volta, così. Niente di buona qualità. Grande scelta. Non sarei tornato alla stessa villa. Ci sono anche nuove villa...

Mi è davvero piaciuto stare qui! Il personale era molto accogliente e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi modo. La colazione a buffet era un po' piccola ma il cibo era buono! Tutto nell'hotel era pulito e moderno e funzionava perfettamente. Ci sono due piscine sul tetto: sono piccole ma graziose e offrono una vista meravigliosa. L'hotel è a circa quindici minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Non è affatto una brutta passeggiata, ma l'hotel ha anche un bus navetta che fa avanti e indietro dall'hotel e dalla spiaggia. Se sei in spiaggia, puoi sempre chiamare la reception per sapere se il bus navetta è in arrivo o richiedere il ritiro. Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze dove mangiare e c'è un Family Mart a circa sette minuti a piedi dall'hotel (sulla strada per la spiaggia). Nel complesso, questo è un hotel fantastico e conveniente in cui soggiornare e lo consiglio vivamente!

Disit Thani a Phuket è bello quasi quanto Dusit Thani alle Maldive. Si estende su una vasta area, ha un bellissimo ambiente, la spiaggia è collegata all'hotel e c'è il massaggio all'aperto per 400 baht l'ora. È solo che devo togliermi i vestiti all'aria aperta. Anche se ho l'asciugamano, è comunque un po' imbarazzante! Il ristorante tailandese è Michelin. L'aragosta ha un buon sapore, ma la carne non è gommosa, quindi ho detratto dei punti! Il ristorante italiano sembra avere una stella Michelin e nel complesso il cibo è molto soddisfacente!

Lo consiglio vivamente! Hotel assolutamente nuovo, camere fresche e pulite, nessun problema in camera - pulizia ogni giorno, biancheria da letto e asciugamani nuovi e puliti, la camera ha una piccola cucina. Bella vista. La piscina è piccola, ma bella, puoi prendere il sole: ci sono abbastanza lettini. C'è un bus navetta per la spiaggia e il viale delle barche - molto comodo. La colazione è molto buona: c'è di tutto, anche il budino di chia. Buon servizio. Vicino alla spiaggia, i lavori non interferiscono. Grazie Keith per il tuo aiuto! ❤️

L'hotel è davvero un luogo magico. Il cibo è fantastico, il servizio è gentile e attento, e la spiaggia è divina. Un grande piano è lo stato delle camere rispetto al prezzo che paga. Le camere da bagno hanno bisogno di un rinnovamento urgente e le porte sono obsoleti, consentendo a molti animali di entrare. È emerso anche un nuovo problema, la musica di partito troppo alta che si presenta dall'altra parte dell'hotel fino a mezzanotte. In conclusione, nuove porte migliori isolamento e investimenti generali nelle camere sono pari a ospiti felici.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

After more than 3.5 years we were back and it was like coming home. This time we chose a 3b villa ”Terraces” for our 3 week stay. Do you know the feeling when you enter a room and you feel so comfortable right away? We knew from our last visit that the team would do everything possible to ensure that their guests wouldn't miss anything. The villa was perfectly clean, lots of little details have been thought and it all felt so fresh & welcome. The fridge was already filled with our pre-ordered drinks, a visit to the local superstore did the rest and within a short time you are so well equipped that the holidays can start right away. Due to the heaviest rain the island have seen in 50 years - which resulted in flooding in parts of the island and landslides outside of Kamala that took down 5 power poles - there was no electricity for a certain time. The challenged team took care of us so kindly and gave us updates on the situation. They even brought candles to the villa in the evening which not only brightened the mood but also made it very romantic. We also felt so safe with everyone that our daughter wanted to stay alone in the evenings so that we could meet up with our friends for dinner. Not only are we infinitely grateful to the whole team, we would also like to say a big thank you to Thomas. Not only that the communication with him is so great, but also that he was able to help us with a special request and he was therefore responsible to make the trip possible for us as a family. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts & we'll see you ALL again next year (HILLS next...)

Non è molto vicino alla zona della Città Vecchia, ma è comunque estremamente accessibile dato che Grab (Uber) è estremamente economico e impiega solo circa 10 minuti. L'hotel è di ispirazione giapponese, quindi le decorazioni delle camere sono davvero belle (e la colazione di ispirazione giapponese è stata piuttosto impressionante). Non ci sono ascensori, ma il personale aiuta a spostare le valigie su e giù, quindi non è stato un problema. Un soggiorno piuttosto piacevole!

Wonderful stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom with pool villa. Villa was cleaned and well kept. Comes with a big room with king size bed and bigg bath room with deep bath tub. The other 2 rooms are twin beds and a queen bed. Each room has its own attached bathroom. There is an additional toilet at the living room area which is very convenient for big families. They have a huge round dining table. Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. No dish washer but you can wash dishes. Dishwashing liquid is given with sponge. They had welcome messages with flowers and towel animals. Buggy service is always prompt in arrival when requested for. Room service is also prompt. Staff are all friendly and help you with every query. Staff can speak English well enough to converse. They will help you book taxi should you want to travel anywhere. There is a shop within the hotel that sells swimming and fashion accessories. Breakfast for me was so so for me, great service but the buffet spread wasn't that extensive. You can order eggs, assortment of coffee and tea from thier menu. Then go to the buffet spread for confectionary, fruits, chinese dim sum, salad and rice dishes. Just next to the restaurant is the hotel pool along with a jacuzzi... you get a view of the sea. Pool chairs are lined up with towels on standby. As my room had a pool we did not utilise the hotel pool. From the lobby you would need to walk up alley and down to the first floor to take the buggy. So for elderly or wheel chair bound guests it maybe a challenge but am sure the hotel will probably provide buggy service from the lobby area for such guests if required. The location of the hotel is near kamala beach. The hotel has a free ferry service to drop you at kamala beach to and fro. Restaurants, shops and massage services are all available. Did not utilise the spa so can't comment. Kamala beach is not as busy as Patong beach so if you like a more peaceful atmosphere the location is fit for you. There is a convenience store about a 5 to 7 min walk away from the hotel. Taxi service is also available just outside the hotel. Patong is about a 20 min ride away from the hotel.
