Hotel in zona Città di Phuket, Jamestown

This is a very charming little Hotel? Stay? Guesthouse? It's family owned, and you which makes it so amazing is that it has this charming thing you've seen with your great-/Grandparents. There's Pa and Ma, and of course the son. The furnishing is just great. The rooms are small but that is nothing to worry about. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the little garden with a pound and huge goldfish. I say this with the most respect and being a little fan girl. But this is everything I remember from the older Asian movies from the 70's and 80's. It's just so charming, and amazing!!!! The only thing that confused me was the shower, and that's why it didn't get ”full star.” That it didn't get warm wasn't the problem, but the showerhead probably needs some attention. I don't know if it's just my room, but yes... It didn't really matter and if I come back, I certainly will book this guesthouse again, and for a few more days. It's worth the stay!!!!! 😀😸 No pictures from the rooms. They're just as shown!

It was really excellent! The clean room, friendly and helpful workers of the reception. The room had direct access to the pool! It was really amazing when we came there, especially for my son. I want to comeback here.

Снимала отели и дешевле. Постельное белье была чистое. Но в этом отеле все постельное белье была грязное. По запаху конечно было чистое, но там были въевшиеся старые пятна. Просто посмотрите на фотографию с каким пятном на одеяле мне застелили кровать. Жесть. Полотенца тоже были все с старыми пятнами. Холодильник не работал. Из плюсов что могу сказать. Персонал очень вежливый. В двух шагах кафе где можно поесть

Superb location to be living in. 5 mins from Chillva Market, which is cheaper than most other markets, 10mins to Central Festival and Main City. Away from the buzz of the city, this is quieter and still easy to go around. The ice cream stall in the building is one of the must go to in Phuket Old Town. The breakfast place is under renovation. Should be quite soon! Aircon is powerful, rooms are superbly clean. Bad side, the soundproofing is not good. Quite loud when neighbours walk around. The bed is also very hard.

Excellent location. In front of the hotel is the free blue electric bus that goes round the Old Town. Turn left of the hotel and there are 2 michellin star restaurants. Opposite is a small mall, but able to get food options in the foodcourt. Walking distance to the shopping streets. Had an enjoyable stay here.

The Blu Monkey Phuket is an average hotel. The beds and pillows are good and we had a good sleep night. We don't like the breakfast, because there was only on option of western food. So, for 01 night this hotel is good.

Great little hotel, perfect location next to Sunday night markets. Only drawback is no parking and can only stop for 2 minutes outside to load/unload luggage etc. Breakfast was fine, eggs cooked to order, toast, coffee, fruit etc, no Thai food but still good for a days sightseeing. Small pool and is quite cool in temperature as it doesn’t get much sun, but nice when you’ve been out in 35c !! Would definitely stay again if the cost was still reasonable. Staff lovely too.
