首先感謝攜程，攜程確實值得我這麼多年的使用。本來預訂的是旁邊的鉑爾曼，但是滿房了酒店給我退了，我本來就説看別的，結果攜程主動電話聯繫我，免費為我升級到旁邊這家酒店，差價一晚上一間1000以上。我兩間兩晚。攜程的服務這麼多年每次都還能給我驚喜。攜程的積分也是這麼多平台裏最實用的。 再説這家酒店，別墅型度假村，標準歡迎服務流程，價格在這種級別和服務裏，算是非常低了。所以非常值得推薦。有私人沙灘，但是這邊是灣區屬於平靜的海，另外可能存在水母，所以不一定能下海。唯一遺憾，這邊蚊蟲確實太厲害了，一定要注意驅蚊。酒店附近吃飯的很多，也有711，所以也不用擔心日常開銷會過高的問題，外面吃的很便宜。還能看落日。酒店可以用擺渡車送到門口，步行過去。當然還是建議租車最方便。早餐餐廳也挺漂亮的，風景很好。國人特別少，不知道是不是大家還不知道這個寶藏度假村。

房間寬敞明亮舒適，酒店環境優美。泳池至少有50米長。早餐比較豐富。酒店的所有服務人員都非常熱情周到。整體的入住體驗非常棒。

A really fantastic, chill resort. Top quality from the rooms and pool and especially the staff. Super accommodating. And the local shops, restaurants and massage parlors just outside the front gate provided excellent service and quality.

In general, the facilities of this property is old and not very functional. The front dest didn’t give the type of room we reserved 2 months ago instead of excused upgrades us to better standard room, which was not true better. That area around that property is not very ready for international tourists visit and some of them are really not friendly with tourist from China especially

Excellent Staff

For my birthday, I decided to take a trip to Asia and stayed at Amatara in Phuket for part of the trip. It was very nice and peaceful, the staff was very accommodating and respectful. They even made my special day even more special by singing happy birthday for me at breakfast and bringing me a cake. To top it all off, after visiting James Bond island, I came back to find my bed covered in rose petals spelling out HBD, there was also a ‘delicious’ towel cake to complete the scene. The spa services were excellent. I spent 6hrs one day getting pampered, scrubbed and massaged. The ultimate detox spa treatment was well worth it. I continued to reap the benefits weeks after treatment. To sum it up, it was a great experience and I look forward to visiting Phuket again and staying at Amatara.

If your are thinking about booking this resort, BOOK IT! My fiancé and I made memories that will last a lifetime. The resort was beautiful and clean with spectacular views. The food was amazing and they had a wide selection. The staff was amazing and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. If you looking for a quiet place with awesome staff that’s the place!!

Breakfast buffet and the restaurant has limited menu. The Villa’s pool needs to be cleaned from the leaves and some dead trees need to be removed to improve the bay view.

One of the best experiences ever .. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming, we really loved them .. the hotel's lobby, restaurants, room all had breathtaking views .. the ocean view villa and all of the resort was breezy, we really liked it, just make sure to bring a hat for your babies. Hopefully this won't be the last time 😆

Wonderful staff, good service, lovely and big pool, and breakfast provides lots of variety. Nice gym and with schedule of wellness activity. Only the private beach is not ideal as expected.

The staff was extremely accommodating to all requests. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while you are here.

Staff were wonderful. Beautiful setting also though some industrial ships in the view.
