The stay has been disappointing to say the least - we were greeted with a nice entrance, but the rooms, the service were lackluster.
For example, when we checked in - there was no one to greet us by the door, or someone to help us with the luggage
The concierge was slow to reply via the dedicated hotel app, and the buggies were slow to come.
When we entered the room - it looked like it was hastily cleaned up and the floors were still wet
We went up to visit the 360 bar but it looked like it wasn't ready for customers - and the buggy sending us there did not warn us about that
I know we didn't book an expensive villa this time round (we were just staying for one night), but I do not think hotels should discriminate services rendered like this.
Unlikely to return; and I do not recommend this hotel
