The owner is friendly, the room was clean and comfortable… but the cleaner steals. A $100 bill and €5 note from some loose currency in a bag pocket from my room were missing. They were there the day before. It was not greedy and was done in a way many wouldn’t notice if they didn’t check daily. One of two folded $100 bills, hard to spot.
The owner wouldn’t accept responsibility but offered for us all to go to the police. That wasn’t going to return the money so I declined and dropped the matter. Also no way of proving I had two $100 bills and a €5 note in the first place.
It was mostly empty while I was there. I didn’t feel safe on the last night, particularly leaving anything in my room.
They don’t have safes in the rooms so if you stay don’t keep any valuables there. The cleaner won’t go after obvious things. Don’t keep money in the room. Goes for most places in this part of the world.
There are better places to stay.

Unglaublich sauberes Hotel mit dem Blick für Details! Wir haben keinerlei schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, die Mitarbeiter sind total freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden hier immer wieder buchen.
