Neon Patong Hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3200 yen per due persone. La sera il tramonto visto dalla piscina sul tetto era il più bello. È a pochi passi da supermercati, ristoranti e Patong Beach. La camera era pulita e ben pulita.

Al momento del check-in non c'era l'addetto alla reception. Ho dovuto stare in piedi e aspettare per quasi cinque minuti. Nel dispenser non è stato aggiunto il gel doccia nella stanza Le luci nella stanza non erano abbastanza luminose.

Considerando il prezzo, è il miglior hotel in cui sia mai stato a Patong, è ben ristrutturato, moderno, confortevole e molto pulito, il personale cordiale, la piscina molto piacevole con vista sull'oceano, perfetta.

Di solito non scrivo recensioni, non ho letto le recensioni qui a dire il vero, abbiamo viaggiato molto e alloggiato in diversi hotel durante il nostro soggiorno in Tailandia. Da allora non ho più avuto problemi con Juan. All'arrivo ieri, il personale era molto scortese mentre stavamo cercando di fare il check-in, soprattutto il personale maschile dietro la reception. Questa mattina, 15/01/22, ci siamo alzati presto stamattina sentendo colpi proprio fuori dalla nostra porta e senza acqua per la doccia. Siamo usciti a fare colazione per tornare, c'erano 4 di loro in piedi dietro la reception e una delle donne ci ha urlato e ha detto che abbiamo un problema, abbiamo detto ok, cos'è quello? Hanno detto che non avrai acqua per alcune ore, né scuse o niente o offerto come stanza alternativa per il momento. Ha iniziato a ridere di noi e si è rivolta alla posta, poi lui ha detto in modo aggressivo, allora vattene. L'hotel in sé è in una buona posizione e le camere sono moderne. Il personale è terribile e nessuna scusa

fai attenzione quando prenoti qui... potrebbero cancellare la tua prenotazione con qualsiasi scusa assurda se non gli piace il prezzo che hai bloccato... e nessun aiuto nel trovare altre opzioni. Ci hanno rovinato le vacanze. Avere altre opzioni con personale onesto.

Please book somewhere else if you were to spend $40-$50 a night. This hotel is a 2 stars. All the reviews you read below are true. We had to change rooms because of the dirty bedsheet, floor, showers and chairs. We gave up on moving because the second room we got was in the same condition. I couldn’t sleep because of the dirty bedsheets. The front reception staff is also rude and unprofessional. They also asked for $1000 which ruined my vacation because I was worried they would try to charge me for dirty bedsheets that I didn’t do. I basically had to take many photos to show them to cover myself during my stay. Stressful stay. Please do not book any tours with the lady at the hotel. She quoted us the Phi Phi island one day tour 2500 BAHT per person when it should only be 1600 BAHT. At first, she was nice to us but then we told her we booked outside for cheaper she stopped saying hi to us when we walked by. Never seen such an unprofessional behaviour. We came back and told her we were offered $1600 per person and she started making things up like her company is better. We caught her lying because we brought back the same brochure from the same company to show her.

I stayed in a lot of hotels during my stay in Thailand and all of them have been excellent. We booked this hotel for 1 night as we had a night flight just to keep our luggage in, a hot shower and to charge our phones etc. We weren’t even staying the night and booked transport for 9:30pm. The hotel seemed to be average for budget. It was clean and the rooftop pool looked nice. However, when we went to check out, the lady at reception ran off for 10 minutes whilst we had a taxi waiting outside hotel. She later returned saying that we had missing towels in the room, claiming that we had took them and we had to pay. This was ridiculous as we had only used 1 and told her that there were only 2 towels in the room upon arrival and assured her that we had not stolen any. This was quickly dropped after we argued back. After this remark, she then went on saying the towels were dirty and we needed to pay for new ones. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve never been to a hotel that makes you pay for towels that have been used. If this is the case, put a notice up saying to everyone not to use towels after a shower. Honestly, this hotel is money orientated and seem to try and get you to pay money for anything they can. This certainly seems to be the case after reading previous reviews. This hotel also asks you to pay $1000 deposit in cash whichc we didn’t pay because we didn’t have this sort of cash with us at the time as we were flying home that night and we’re using the hotel for no more that 5 hours. The only reason they didn’t get money out of us was because we hadn’t paid this deposit. I’m glad I didn’t stay the night, as they probably would of charged for dirty bed sheets/pillows as well. Unfortunately this is part of owning and running a hotel. If you do plan on staying at this hotel, then make sure your clean before using the shower and towels.
