避雷篇！我定的是池景套房，性價比不高設施有點陳舊，非常吵！隔音不行，酒店位置很偏僻，周圍啥也沒有，連個便利店都沒，想要買東西都打車，這個位置很偏僻想叫車也比較少人接單，外賣也點不到，反正我打開外賣軟件是啥都沒得叫，然後這個酒店是分三個點，酒店大堂一個地方，辦理入住是在另一個地方，住的房間又在另一個地方，都隔得老遠，這個酒店是一個村莊模式，屬於酒店範圍其他車不能進入，衹能酒店車出入，我們到的時候是先到門衞處（也就是大堂）外來車衹能到這裏，到了先等酒店安排車，車去辦理入住的地方，然後辦理完了，又要等車來在車去要入住的房間，非常不方便，從到酒店大堂開始計算時間，到我辦完入住再去住的房間，前後就花了一個小時左右，我和朋友們都一起入住了這個酒店3天且不同的房型，都出現相同問題，第一，每次叫酒店安排車接去大堂都要等很久，有一次我等了20分鐘都不來車，氣得我自己走去辦入住的地方詢問，結果就看到一輛酒店空車停在那裡且有司機在，第二，我和朋友們定這個酒店都是連續定了3天，然而到了第二天我們玩完回來，我和朋友的房卡都失效了！且在我入住第一晚的第二天中午12點酒店就打電話到我房間，在我準備接的時候不響了，估計以為我住一晚到點喊我退房…真的挺無語，吐槽一個酒店司機，態度不友好，我和朋友出去玩回來在大堂等車接，他接我們回房間（吐槽一下在大堂等了二十分鐘左右才等來空車）上車就跟他説了去F棟和K棟，快到k的時候我們説了好幾聲okokok他不理會，直到到了f，我朋友下車，我説去k，然後他説了幾句英文我聽不懂，我看他神態和語氣像是不耐煩，然後到了k我下車，走到房門口，我朋友就給我打電話説房卡好像落在車上了，我看車還沒開走，我連忙喊司機，然後司機在車裡看着我不理會我直接開車走了…….整的好像又想要坐他車一樣，而且酒店車本來就為了接送入住客人在酒店範圍內出入服務的

這個酒店我的好好説説 別墅海景房 打折定的時候都跟悦榕莊差不多了 原價近2500一晚 跟悦榕莊怎麼比啊 服務人員態度一般 有需要叫人需要特別耐心點等待 不知道啥時候會來 好吧 可以理解 逼近酒店大 但是一進門就開始推銷是怎麼回事呢 真的是累很想休息還再推銷 進到房間更是跌破眼鏡 這個價位的房間玻璃都不擦 巨臟 衞生間黴的 隨便一個拐角一看都是這個全價位不能接受的 關鍵是預訂時候説了要一個風景好的房間 居然給了一間被遮擋的 酒店帶着看了另一個房間景色更一般 説沒有房間了 沒辦法 直接找到攜程 還好攜程夠給力 出了解決方案 回來房卡還開不開門 剛check in 房卡就不能用了 折騰了一頓一上床 被子是濕的 真的都不知道説什麼了 好在第二天把房間打掃的很乾凈 主要是為了位置 所以建議定個便宜點的房間吧 要不然不值得 酒店有shuttle bus 我們沒有用 50🐷一個人 兩個人100🐷 bolt叫車也才200🐷 還想到哪裡都方便
優點 位置離芭東近 又不像芭東那麼浮躁 景色不錯 早上早餐也還行

We had a fabulous time at the Wyndham Grand Hotel. The location was great - in between the amazing Kamala beach and the lovely area of Patong. We had a private pool which was nice. The air conditioning was almost too powerful and we were scared to get ill but we didn’t. The breakfast was good, not amazing, but good :) Room service was also okay- food wise we enjoyed eating out more than in the hotel. We would definetly stay here again - the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay was a memorable pre-birthday celebration with family. The individual swimming pool in our room provided a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The service is good, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the mixologist-crafted drinks at the Infiniti Lobby Bar, dining at the Latitude 98 and indulged in rejuvenating massages at the Zana Spa. Overall, a fantastic choice for a luxurious getaway with excellent amenities and service.

Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon and we had a very pleasant stay. We have booked a room with private pool and everything was perfect. The location is ideal to explore so many different surroundings and the restaurant is just excellent. The employees are all very sweet and professional. We wish to return there again.

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for those who would like to just chill. Staffs were friendly, fast & efficient. Amenities were great with the hotel app which you can request for many supplies at any point of day.
However do take note that the location is a tad bit inconvenient with no near 7/11 etc. it would be quite a distant especially with the slopes on the hill. Also prepare some insect repellent if your room is with a pool, there were many mozzies
