Very comfortable hotel, peaceful and quiet but not far from the restaurants and bars on Rawai beach. Highly recommended!

非常好，而且乾淨衞生，離拉威海鮮市場很近，訂的別墅房可以買海鮮回來自己加工，老闆人很好，煤氣無了晚上十點還過來幫忙換，值得推介

情侶住宿很合適，老闆外國人，很熱情，到了就安排了房間，也不用交按金。整體感覺挺好的，就是床太高了，門口有搖籃也挺舒服。

Отель может и нормальный, но отношение просто ужасное! Если вы заплатили заранее, готовьтесь к тому что номер у вас будет самый плохой и на фото он сильно отфотошоплен по свету, снять на камеру как будто-то там не каморочка 2/3 и запихан среди хороших. Мы сняли за неделю до приезда и были в шоке. 1. Номер отличается от того, что на фото 2. Светлое здание это 1 корпус, там есть еще маленькие домики рядом с видом на другой дом и стену, вот коморка в углу была нашей. Хотя на фото только белое здание было! 3. Стафф вообще не разговаривает на английском, ресепшена нет. Выбигают какие-то тайки и дают тебе телефон «говори» естественно нечего не объясняя. 4. Мы были настолько в шоке от номера, что на 90% были уверенны что зашли в совершенно другой отель На что человек по телефону сказал «Можем предложить вам другой номер, он дороже» Очень бы хотелось, чтобы нам предложили ТОТ НОМЕР И ЗДАНИЕ ЧТО НА ФОТО Как итог уехали и сняли другой отель, деньги никто конечно же не собирается возвращать! В букинг они ВООБЩЕ отметили что ЭТО МЫ просто не приехали! В общем вывод НИКОГДА НЕ ПЛАТИТЕ ЗАРАНЕЕ ЗДЕСЬ. Я на 90% уверена, что если бы мы не заплатили заранее нам бы дали нормальный номер. Напиши отзывы везде где можно, чтобы отель больше никого так не кидал!

Okay so the rooms are nice and the hotel is nice and the prices are okay even though you can get much cheaper places you pay for the spacious apartment, kitchen, aesthetic garden & pool . I have stayed here twice and so have my relatives I stay this time and because “gio” the owner/manager messaged me on WhatsApp telling me next time to book with him instead on booking . Com for a cheaper rate so I did , foolishly #trustthegreek his name on WhatsApp obviously that was a bad decision on my part but caused severe stress and unhappiness for me in my stay firstly his staff throwing away my things thinking it was rubbish & them not speaking any word of English despite me asking him and his other incompetent manager for them to not clean my room anyway this was my first stay here and few months later I message gio asking for a room and he tells me he can give me a rate of 20000 per month for a deluxe apartment in the off season. the air conditioning is broken and the room is too hot to sleep in my first night so the next day he gives me another room which & I pay him 15000 thai badt & we agree i give him the rest at a later date the next night the air conditioning still isn’t working so he offers to give me my money back or another room with a fan which I stupidly take so it’s much better but I stay elsewhere for the next 5 nights and I leave the place open so I can access it if I need to I then come back as I checked out the other place I was staying to find my room locked while there was a monsoon occurring and I’m soaking wet with all my luggage i message gio and he comes to unlock it, I then the same day ask gio to leave and for him to return me less than half the money I gave him and he had the audacity to try change the nightly rate we agreed on for even though the room was locked therefore I couldnt even access it and he then asks me to pay 1500 per night for a room i didn’t have access to the the rate we agreed was 645 per night and he tried to snake me for money asking for 16500 for the 10 days as I made plans to go elsewhere instead but needed the room for a few extra days as it was a inconvenience to move straight away anyway I requested less than what was a fair amount of money back 7000 he could keep 8000 for the 10 days I had wanted the room for instead he tries to up my nightly rate by more than double for staying less nights, he then ignores my calls when I want to check out and the next day when I confront him refuses to give my money back his manager is clueless and speaks no English and is actually rude and unprofessional both are really I’m not sure who is worse I would probably say gio as he is supposed to be the main boss and person who makes your stay enjoyable he gives off a friendly manner but if you give him the opportunity to be a snake he will, it’s not a bad place to stay but be very careful with how you negotiate make sure you sign a contract as he doesn’t give you one to sign he says this and doesn’t honour them we spea

It’s a great place for family and children. very spacious Duplex apartments, fully equipped kitchen which comes very handy for families with small children. The resort is a boutique one and very well maintained, fantastic tropical waterfall garden, swings and hummocks all over the place, supermarkets and shops less than 5 min walk along with restaurants, gym, massage, spa all close by. everything is clean, indoor and outdoor. the staff is friendly and helpful. very good impression overall.
