Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao

We had a pleasant stay in this place. The breakfast has lots of varieties, they also offer the transportation to the area places you need to go to which is great and convenient. The stuff is friendly and polite, always ready to help. We had a great honeymoon surprise and got our room type upgraded. Amazing rooftop pool bar and nice sunset happy hour offer. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

It was able to provide me basic necessities such as guarding me from rain and providing me a shelter Under the name of Hilton Garden Inn, if you like to have sleepless night between buzzing and annoying songs of the crickets, and cotton soft king size bed although I suggest bringing your own pillow and mattress if you don't have habit of to getting buried in the bed, or waiting for making up cleaning the room after requesting it till midnight and giving up about it. Not available room service after midnight including bringing amenities to up to the room, even though addressed my complaints to the front desk. Extreme humid odor penetrating your lungs as chain smoker behavior. I do recommend you to BOOK ALL OF THE AVAILABLE ROOMS TO YOURSELF. And help others to avoid accidentally booking here. Yes the COMMENT sounds for such a hotel named after some street dancer but unfortunately this hotel is HILTON GARDEN INN. I would really like the share the video about sounds but unfortunately I cannot upload video here. So I will send this extra guests picture instead.

Great clean stay for couples or solo travelers. Great shuttle service to get around the area and close to Boat avenue which was nice.

The reception is great and the people are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and the people are friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and the view is fantastic. The swimming pool is wonderful, safe and suitable for all ages. There is a delivery service for 1 km

Hotel was modern, clean and quiet. 2 good swimming pools on the roof were well looked after and great for a morning swim. Breakfast was international with a good selection. Staff were polite and attentive

The hotel is a bit small but it’s rather quite new Location is within a fine resort district so you will be sharing a lot of private beach and streets with other resort There is a shuttle taking us here and there which is good Some rooms are badly maintained though I love the pool it’s the main reason I stay in this hotel

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff were so welcoming and eager to help in any way. The breakfast buffet was a bit small but the food was good! Everything in the hotel was clean and modern and worked perfectly. There are two rooftop pools - they’re small but pretty and offer a beautiful view. The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from the beach. It’s not a bad walk at all, but the hotel also has a shuttle bus that goes back and forth from the hotel and the beach. If you’re at the beach, you can always call the front desk to find out if the shuttle bus is on its way or request pickup. There are restaurants nearby to eat at and there is a Family Mart about a seven minute walk from the hotel (on the way to the beach). Overall, this is a great and affordable hotel to stay at and I highly recommend it!

The room wasn't cleaned properly. I had to ask for my sheets to be changed after 6 days! I had to ask for them to vacuum the rug. I think they must be understaffed as some days my room wasn't cleaned until 4pm! just not the level of service you'd expect from a Hilton. The fruit selection at the breakfast buffet was poor to say fruit is so abundant in Thailand they didn't have much of it. The breakfast area was always busy and again not enough staff to keep on top of it. The gym and pool are good, rooms are nice (unless you get a room facing the other hotel).
