Good service with nice location!!! will comeback again for sure

I like the location of the hotel very centralised and convenient for food and services. The hotel however did not have an elevator and I had to carry my luggage 3 floors. I walked up and down many times and it’s tiring.

The location was great and it was near the old town. The interior design and the atmosphere were great at the hotel and so was the room. But our room was powered out every time we took a shower, so we needed to call the reception every time. That was the one thing we were disappointed about. And I'm not sure because of this or not, the shower was too hot to take and couldn't adjust the shower temperature at all... It was either water or too hot (feel like about 40+ degree Tempe) So I was struggling to adjust the temperature and the power was out. Hopefully the hotel will fix this issue soon

Every was good, expect not enough choices for breakfast

Cute and pretty hotel! We loved the furnishings and the location, especially the delicious dessert shop (Wanlamun) around the corner and the cafes down the block. However, the hotel lacks elevators, so getting to the third floor with a lot of luggage is a bit difficult.

No flexibility in changing the dates

It was a very beautiful hotel. It's a lot better than the price. Breakfast is provided in advance with a choice of 3 types. I missed breakfast time due to reservations for early morning activities, but when I consulted the front desk in advance, they delivered convenience store food such as sandwiches instead. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. Therefore, it may not be suitable for elderly people.

This is a boutique hotel nestled in the town area and it looks recently renovated and everything looks clean and new, but no lift to higher floors and so u have to carry your own luggages up to max level of 3rd floor if your assigned room is on upper floors. But the room is spacious and clean & aircon works fine, except the shower is abit weak and hard to control the hot/cold temperatures. But with patience the shower is still manageable. No toothbrushes are provided except 3-in-1 bath liquid. Breakfast is ok only. You preorder your meal from a menu with 3 options when u check in, and u will get them in tingkat (hotel will order from outside food vendors) and served as it is w/o warming up. So when I came down for breakfast at 10am, I was eating my breakfast cold as I guess my tingkat was delivered at 7am and just kept in the kitchen till I come down for breakfast. Otherwise, I think this is a fine place to stay and the price for hotel stay is nearly unbeatable and value for money. Just don’t include breakfast since there are many good and cheap eateries within walking distance. Will consider coming back to stay again is I all visit Phuket town.

There are a few eateries and massage services around the hotel. A small shopping mall with supermarket is also within walking distance. Overall the hotel and cosy and clean. Only inconvenience is to travellers with heavy luggages as there is no lifts to the rooms.

The staff was really friendly. The lady let me checked in earlier when the room was ready even 3-4 hours prior to the actual check in time. The location is good. There are a couple of great restaurants, shops and cafes nearby.

Overall good to stay compare to price. Breakfast was good and clean. However, there was some smells in the room even though it was clean. Also water didn’t come out well.

Good location in Phuket old town, its worth for money value but parking space is limited.
