Неплохой аутентичный отель

This hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is exceptionally attentive. We initially thought there might be some connection to Brazil due to the name, but in truth, there is no relation apart from the name. Our room lacked some maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where we encountered a minor issue, but it was promptly resolved. Rating: 7/10. It lost a few stars due to the comment in the previous paragraph, but I still recommend it, and if given the opportunity, we may return. I'll share more about the hotel on my Instagram @iagotravels.

Из достоинств- только расположение-в тупике, рядом с пляжем. Сам отель очень старый, атмосферный. Наверно один первых, построенных на данном пляже. Но владельцем надо подумать об обновлении оборудования. 1. Горячая вода появлялась только после того, как сотрудники отеля заходили в соседний номер и включали выбитые пробки. Очень старая электрика, которая не выдерживает и вылетает. 2.Очень старые и шумные кондиционеры. Пришлось спать с закрытым балконом, т.к. шум от кондиционера, который висел рядом с нашим балконом, был невыносим. Такое ощущение, что под окном стоял работающий грузовик. 3.Полотенце было только одно- для душа. И еще хотелось бы пожелать девушке, которая работает в отеле быть более дружелюбной к посетителям и реагировать на возникающие проблемы не с раздражением, а с готовностью оказать помощь.

Very nice hotel, extremely comfortable beds, good location (5mins away from the beach). We enjoyed the stay very much.

Estávamos procurando o que vimos nas fotos: um lugar aconchegante, limpo, arejado, bem localizado e acolhedor. O que encontramos: um lugar sujo, com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado cheio de poeira, jardim mal cuidado,cheio de resto de caixas e embalagens jogadas, cheiro de cocô e urina de gatos... um total aspecto de abandono. (Boa parte dos motoristas que nos traziam de volta para lá perguntavam "é aqui mesmo?") Único ponto que não foi negativo foi a cama que não é ruim...

Hotel is in quiet road near to the beach. Good place for guests wanting privacy. Nice lobby area with available coffee and tea.

What a beautiful hotel, me and my friend couldn’t be happier for our stay. The hotel has a beautiful jungle garden, with many cute cats. Furthermore, the receptionists were really kind and helpful to us. They provided free water to us every day, and let us borrow beach towels. Free coffee and tea also. We loved the location, near the beach and the small shops. 10/10 for our stay- we recommend this hotel to the fullest if you’re staying in Karon. We will be back for sure!
