I enjoyed my stay and most of all the amenities and the staff were beautiful people and ride a bike to enjoy everything.

Prachtig resort en een mooie kamer. Helaas waren veel voorzieningen gesloten, omdat het erg rustig was (laagseizoen). Daar werd bij het boeken en bij aankomst alleen niets over vermeld. Veel dingen worden ook niet duidelijk uitgelegd zoals dat je je met je pasjes moet inchecken bij het zwembad en het ontbijt.

하노이 외곽지역이지만 가족단위로 짧게지내시기에는 괜찮을듯 합니다. 겨울철 이용시에는 약간의 썰렁함을 느끼실겁니다

3bed room 예약하고 방문하였으나. 주방에 접시 / 그릇 / 가위 등 준비된게 없었고, BBQ 준비를 요청했더니 Grill 과 숯만 준비 해 줄뿐 가위도 없어서 음식을 못 먹을 뻔 했습니다. 요청을 해도 예약이 가득차서 준비가 불가능하다고 답을 하네요. 가격은 비싸게 지불하고 방문했으나 실망하였습니다.

아이들과 가기에 아주 좋은 리조트 입니다. 가능하면 메인 건물에 있는 숙소가 편의시설 이용하기 좋습니다. 찜질방하고 마사지는 꼭 받으세요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 간식거리는 꼭 많이 사가시길 추천드립니다.

とにかく全てにおいて案内が足りない。 チェックインの際に翌日の朝食会場を伝えられたが、以降の場所が変わるにもかかわらず何も教えてくれない。広い敷地に設備が点在しているにもかかわらず、案内マップがなく、行きたい場所にどうやっていけば良いのかも分からない。 部屋にゴミ箱がないことも驚きだが、ティーカップがなく、どうやって備え付けのコーヒーを飲めば良いのか。 スパや、マッサージ、ルームサービスを利用してもルームチャージ出来ずその都度支払いをしなければならない。にもかかわらず、デポジットはとるという。とにかくイライラし通しの３日間でした。 それと、女性の日だったので花を準備してもらいたかったのですが、そういうサービスはしてくれないそうです。仕方なく街の花屋に配達を頼んだのですが、これも指定通りに配達されず、結局受け取ったのは翌日という…まあ、これはホテルの落ち度ではないですが、選択肢がほとんどない田舎ではこういうリスクがあることをふまえて準備をしなければならないと思い知った滞在でした。

구정기간에는 절대 가지 말아야할 호텔입니다 직원도 없고 운영하는 식당도 고지 없이 한곳만 운영해서 오래 머물기 부작합합니다 그리고 날씨도 추워서 풀빌라가 의미가 없습니다 특히 룸서비스 시키면 다 식은 음식이 1시간 넘게 걸려서 옵니다

3번째방문입니다. 힐링하기좋은곳이고 룸서비스와 마사지도 타리조트대비 저렴합니다. 경관조경이 잘되어있고 매우 넓어 산책하기도 좋습니다
