The room was super new and beautifully decorated. I could watch the fountain show from my window every day, and the fireworks at 9:25 PM were absolutely amazing! The area around the hotel is peaceful and pretty, which made the stay even more relaxing. There’s a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals, perfect for families with kids. Everything was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back again!

The place is what we wanted it to be during a short trip - walking distance from everything in Sunset Town. The great perk was the free rickets for two for the cable car. Although it's been not the case since the beginning of 2025, the hotel stayed true to its word and provided us with a great freebie. Plus, the staff was online at all times. Jerry was there to answer all the questions.

Grande hotel! Camera accogliente e elegante con vista sul mare, città senza senso e arredi di sera. Buona scelta di colazione (in particolare apprezzato l'opzione europea!). Molto utile e amichevole personale pronto a aiutare con tutte le domande. Raccomando a chiunque venga a Phu Quoc e vuole visitare la città senzatetto per soggiornare in questo hotel 💫

Dịch vụ tại khách sạn rất chu đáo và thân thiện. Nhân viên luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng với thái độ nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. Phòng được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Mặc dù không quá rộng, nhưng không gian rất ấm cúng, hiện đại, sạch sẽ và được thiết kế hợp lý, tạo cảm giác dễ chịu. Phòng tắm được vệ sinh kỹ lưỡng mỗi ngày. Bữa sáng miễn phí tại khách sạn cũng khá ngon miệng. Có cả món ăn truyền thống lần món quốc tế. View ở đây xem pháo hoa và nhạc nước rất tiện.

This was my first time visiting Phu Quoc Island, and from the very first step I took here, I was deeply impressed by its atmosphere. The place I stayed at offered excellent service — the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly passionate about hospitality. They were always ready to help throughout my stay. I stayed for two nights and felt that it was really worth it. The accommodation included two free tickets for the cable car ride and entry to Aquatopia Water Park. I also received free tickets to Kiss Bridge, which made the experience even more special. If I ever have the chance to return to Phu Quoc, I sincerely hope to stay here again. This place not only made my trip more convenient but also added so much joy and wonderful memories to my journey.

Великолепный небольшой отель рядом с канатной дорогой. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Номер был чистым, новым и просторным. Имеется кухонная зона (без оборудования и посуды). Порезать салатик можно, если у вас будет свой нож. Из минусов: нет сушилки для вещей, после пляжа вещи и полотенца сушить негде. Очень очень тихо. Мы хорошо отдохнули и выспались. Завтраки на выбор: суп или багет с начинкой, плюс кофе. Любителям плотно поесть, возможно будет недостаточно. Однозначно рекомендую

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was delightful, and the aesthetic appeal of the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, making check-in a breeze and ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay. While the location is slightly removed from the bustling city center, the stunning views and peaceful environment more than made up for it. I truly enjoyed the serenity and natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which added to my overall comfort. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and interesting, leaving me with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant getaway.

Pros: Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday. The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned. Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.
