Coastal Living Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Ticket Cable Car & Hon Thom Water Park until Dec 30, 2025

I would like to say that this is the greates hotel that i stay here in sunset town . The staff all friendly and help full . The service for staf here i give 10 star . For the room also i give 10 star because the room really clean and tidy . The staf help us take our luggage from grab to checkin . We also got welcome drink for checkin and really fresh on hot weater. The breakfast also good , u can ride buggy for freee to go restaurant breakfast . I get free cable car ticket also for 1 pax . Affordable price for stay with budget . I will book again here if i come in future 🥰.

Nice little boutique hotel located in Sunset Town. The room is spotless, staff is very friendly. They offer 2 free tickets to Aquatopia with cable car for a 2-night stay in normal room, or 2 tickets per night for suite. The size of the room is not big, just nice for 2A or 1A + 1K as the room is queen sized bed. Breakfast is a set of choice of noodle/ rice/ sandwich served with a drink and fruits. It's less than one minute walk to see fireworks at 9.30pm every night. I really enjoy my stay here, will come back again. The Hanz Spa behind the hotel is a real gem.

Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful, thank you! The place has great decor, is clean and comfortable, with a nice view and convenient location. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Phu Quoc!

I believe it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in.. Every thing was perfect for me so glad I chose this place to stay in my birthday, and so thankful that they shared with me the moment .. Big thanks to Thomas and Mai they were really great people.. Not mentioned the great offers they offer like cable car and aqua park ticket and more … Of course I will repeat my stay in future .. I had a lovely stay at Coastal Living and would highly recommend it! The hotel is well-equipped with amenities and located within walking distance to La Fiesta and several nice photo spots — very convenient for exploring. A special highlight was the surprise birthday cake the hotel prepared for my 3-year-old toddler — such a thoughtful gesture that went the extra mile and made our celebration even more special. We also appreciated the complimentary cable car ticket offered by the hotel — a great bonus to our trip! Although we were unable to book a room with a fireworks view, we were pleasantly surprised to still catch the fireworks from our room — a lovely and unexpected treat. Special thanks to the handsome and friendly receptionist, Thanh Tung, for the excellent service throughout our stay. Keep up the great work!

The hotel is very new, having opened just six months ago, so it’s understandable that some facilities are still in the process of being refined. During our stay, we experienced a water outage due to an empty water tank, and the room had some leakage during heavy rain. Also, the water heater wasn’t working too well. However, the hotel room was very nice and clean, we are able to see firework every night from our room, the staff here were exceptionally helpful and responded promptly and efficiently to all our concerns, which made a positive difference to our overall experience. 👍🏻
