Everything was fine except the breakfast. Fresh juice that they gave us had some onion flavor. Maybe they used the knife to slice the fruit which they used for onion.

Good for relaxation

+ чистый новый отель с приятным персоналом, есть кафе + предоставляют хорошие пляжные полотенца и доступ в общий прекрасный бассейн (имейте ввиду, по субботам его чистят и пользоваться нельзя - о чем разумеется узнаешь по факту) + хорошо оборудованный пляж реально в двух шагах + огромная кровать, занимающая весь номер - из этого происходят минусы ниже - номера маленькие. Нет, ОЧЕНЬ маленькие. Мы по фото особых чудес не ожидали, но когда снимаешь номер якобы в 38 кв.м, а в реале получаешь 15 максимум - это перебор - вода из душевого поддона через незаметные дыры переливается на всю ванную, полотенце на полу не спасает - шумоизоляция отсутствует как класс, соседей в коридоре слышно как у себя на кровати Учитывая все вышеизложенное, мы сбежали на второй день :) P.S. На фото реальные размеры номера, а не то что шириком в описании отеля изображено

安娜海灘的三人房新穎舒適，有電梯，冰箱，海灘巾及浴袍可使用，地點離泳池和海灘都很近，泳池是與其他住宿共用，但管理得很好，乾淨美觀舒適，躺椅及遮陽傘可自由使用，旁邊還有椰子樹，徜徉其中很是享受！ 早餐有數種選擇，還算美味，附近有小型夜市，較大的夜市在兩站公車（Vinbus19,班次不多)的距離，這裡很有度假氛圍！

這個酒店是攜程給的4星才定的，大家看圖就知道有多差！至今攜程也不承擔責任！進房間趕緊洗澡（奔波了一整天，而且當地熱得不行！），洗澡水小得沒有辦法洗！投訴了後有工人把水開大了些，但是下水道是堵塞的！——明白為什麼當初把水開得那麼小了吧！ 洗完累得倒頭就睡，第二天早上醒來才發現床單和浴巾如此恐怖！攜程説酒店不願意退款所以他們也沒有辦法。你攜程為什麼要給這樣普通的民宿做上4星來欺騙消費者？！ 趕緊換酒店，換到一個標5星的酒店，檢查床單上也有血跡！ 後面住的酒店都得仔細檢查，幾乎沒有乾淨的房間，不是床單浴巾臟，就是馬桶臟！ 總之，不要去越南！也不要在攜程定酒店——一個簡陋的民宿被他們標4星！

Disappointing! Extremely small room, hard and uncomfortable mattress, ants everywhere. Poor breakfast: one dish and one drink (for example: 2 fried eggs and a coffee), which is insufficient. The area where the hotel is located has been abandoned, the surrounding hotels are empty. The staff doesn't speak any English and the shower water is either too hot or too cold and can't be adjusted. The water pressure is too weak and it's a pain to wash your head if you have long hair. Untrained front desk staff: when we wanted to check out, he didn't know what to do, he made phone calls, I waited a long time after him and finally he went to check the room, not before stopping the Grab driver to takes us to the airport. I could miss the plane because of them. I do not recommend this hotel!

STAY AWAY!! This place is a sham & they do not tell the truth. I was so excited about my stay here - after all, the photos & reviews are incredible. I am certain the 5 star reviews were all rigged. This place is 250 metres from the pool & 450 metres from the ocean…….but the whole development is EMPTY - it feels like visiting Chernobyl! It’s freaking eerie! They overcharged me for my airport shuttle. They wanted extra for coffee and juice, at breakfast, even though breakfast is “included”. Terrible customer (lack of!) service. They lied (“She did not have authority”) about me leaving with no further charges. Now I’m dealing with *********** & my credit card company. Who wants a hassle while on holidays? NOBODY! Rest assured, there are other fabulous places on Phu Quoc (try Sea Senses!) - just avoid Anna Beach Phu Quoc!!!!!
