L'hotel non era male, buona locazione e piscina interna, ma al momento del check out si sono inventati che le lenzuola che avevo fatto cambiare il giorno prima fossero rotte, quando evidentemente non era rotto nulla, e non mi hanno più voluto dare indietro il deposito... Comportamento molto scorretto e di basso livello da parte loro, sconsiglio quindi di andare a farsi prendere in giro da persone che anziché prendersi cura del cliente, cercano di derubarlo con scuse ridicole. The hotel was not bad, good location and indoor pool, but at the time of check out they invented that the sheets that I had changed the day before were broken, when evidently nothing was broken, and they no longer wanted to give me back the deposit... Very incorrect and low-level behavior on their part, so I do not recommend going to be fooled by people who instead of taking care of the customer, try to rob him with ridiculous excuses.

Hotel was clean and not too far from the historic park. It was however a short walk and if I had realised I probably would have booked somewhere a little closer. Overall good value for money.

Everything i love about this hotel,very convenient to go or to do everything,night market is in waking distance too! The only thing I dont like is,i cannot get rid of mosquitoes! Except this! Everything perfect!

This hotel was a standout during our trip. Its prime location in the heart of the city, combined with convenient private parking, made it incredibly convenient. The prices were reasonable, and the surrounding area was bustling with shops, restaurants, and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the WiFi, which worked flawlessly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well located being a short walk to the museum and many places to eat. Also a market across the road and a small mall right next door. There are no in-house meal options and for international travellers the TV is in Thai. Good small pool. For the price the hotel is very good and is a good clean place to stay. AC was perfect.

Location is good and price reasonable. But the hotel in itself is not that good. They don't have any amenities. We had to buy a toothbrush outside. The AC didn't properly work and stopped at random times. I had to wake up and open the AC 3-4 times during the night. PS: The receptionist English is really good

The hotel is located in the centre of town very close to the bar street, Amporn Mall, the KFC and 711! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a huge awesome pool to enjoy during the day. The room is comfortable and basic. Tuk Tuks are available outside the hotel for your transport needs. A 15 minute walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride will get you to the famous ruins of the Buddha in the Tree and Wat Mahatat.

Hotel itself is old. Don't even have air-conditioning at the lobby which is unbelievable. Worst is only 1 key-card is provided which makes very inconvenient for those who are 2 person to a room. Hotel staff says is hotel policy to provide 1 key-card. As such, I may suggest Trip.com to indicate this policy clearly in the booking system.

The location is good. Old hotel Didn't sleep well Me and my friends both have a nightmare In the hotel, wake up in the middle of the night 3:30am feeling wrong, we both think that there are ****** for sure….

Though the front desk is staffed with young people bored with doing nothing and annoyed by customer’s inquiries, I just ignored all the unpleasantness and got more than satisfactory results: on hair dryer in the bathroom not working, I got a portable one in a bag for replacement, and on WiFi not working, got a technician brought in a in-room modem/router. Even better still, cleaning staff jumped at requests after I tipped them for no apparent reason: they brought front desk staff to my room with a form for laundry — a service which was not made apparent to guests. As a result, I extended my stay : )
