Not very clean, not very nice, they didn’t refund my deposit, customer service was terrible. We were flying in late at night from another state and tried to verify our reservation and airport pickup service two nights in advance and when we called the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to check in the computer and told us to call the next day and talk to someone else. Called the next day to confirm and they did confirm the reservation but were short with me saying they would not have hotel pickup and we would have to get an Uber, not friendly at all. Flew in and finally got there and as we were checking in late at night another customer in front of us was upset because he had prepaid for a room and they insisted he pay again. Even though he had a receipt they wouldn’t allow him to check in. They didn’t attempt to problem solve with him just told him too bad and he left, upset and without a place to stay at 1230am. It was late at night and we were just glad there wasn’t a problem with our reservation. Our room looked old and not nearly as nice as the photos had been. Somehow after our stay we noticed we had picked up a contagious rash and our first thought was this motel but how can we prove it?
