CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN AREA:
Camelback Mountain is a renowned natural landmark known for its distinctive camel-like shape and challenging hikes to the summit. The mountain offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding desert landscape and cityscape. With its two popular hiking trails, Echo Canyon and Cholla, and scenic drive to the summit, it appeals to outdoor enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike. Camelback Mountain also boasts a rich history and cultural significance, making it an essential destination for travelers and locals.
NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:
- You must be 33 years of age to book this home
- A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
- NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
- Occupancy is limited to 14 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

Fantastic House
House is exactly as advertised and management company was excellent to work with throughout the process. Great neighborhood, incredible views, close to everything and a fantastic house. Our party of 6 adults agreed - best house we've stayed in!
