Thoughtfully renovated in 2023, this home was carefully curated to provide comfort and quality to our guests while paying homage to the local style. Come to relax and unwind by the pool, gather with friends and family in the comfortable main house or cozy casita, or explore the nearby attractions that are minutes away from this centrally located retreat.

Please Note For Reservations Between October - April: The charge for heating the pool is $70 per night, payable up front. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Please specify if you wish to enjoy the heated pool when booking and submit a $70/night fee using the Resolution Center and the "send money" feature upon booking or at least 5 days before check-in so we can schedule it for your stay.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

If we could give Baja Rosa 10 stars, we would! Centrally located, close to restaurants/shopping, and Chase Field. Jeremy our host was attentive and responded quickly, The house and outdoor space was very well maintained, amenities excellent, and comfortable. We loved everything about it!

Best Vacation Rental
This property was a 10 out of 10. I have been to Phoenix several times in the past few years and this was not only an excellent home but also a great location. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house was neat and tidy. I would say it was quite cozy. We also took advantage of the proximity to local restaurants and stores. We took walks in the neighborhood and felt very comfortable with our surroundings. I would highly recommend. The property manager was also very easy to work with and had all things taken care of!!!

Family
We had a wonderful stay! The house and Casita were very clean and so comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, dishware pots and pans, etc. The house is centrally located to many points of interest! Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub as the weather hit the 90’s. Our host, Jeremy was very attentive to our needs! So very grateful for our family time in Phoenix!

Beautiful Home
Clean and spacious home! Wa perfect for a small group. We enjoyed the pool an hot tub. Owner very quick to respond to any questions or concerns

Perfect Find!
Highly recommend Baja Rosa! Perfect location to everything Phoenix- easy road access. Beautiful and well-appointed property with extra amenities such as Aveda products, sunscreen, welcome snacks. Very thoughtful. Our family was comfortable and loved having the pool and spa! 100%!

Perfect location, clean and well appointed!
We’re from Virginia and needed a 3 night stay while hiking and visiting the desert and botanical garden before heading up to Flagstaff. The house was perfect for us. Very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Both the pool and home were very clean and contact with the owner was prompt with very clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay her again if we’re ever back in the area.

Amazing stay
The property was fantastic. It was well-maintained. The owner was super communicative and helped us in. Anyway we asked I would highly recommend somebody staying here if they're looking for a cozy place to stay.

Amazing Retreat
The property owners have taken extra care to have all the necessities of a Vacation Rental. I so appreciated their attention to having the kitchen fully stocked even down to spices, ziplocks and coffee. They even supplied thrown blankets to cuddle up with during a movie or visiting. You often don't see this level of supplies. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

Excellent stay!
Baja Rosa was a perfect home for our Phoenix getaway. the home was very clean, well-stocked, and the communication was great. Would highly recommend!
