The camelback inn maintains a lot of its historical characters, we stayed here because there has been much raved reviews about the property. We were here for Easter weekend, so it was rather chaotic. The lobby for check in isn't grand by any mean. The property is very spread out, and you self park to be close to your casita. The casita we received has an obstructed view of the camelback mountain. And the back patio to seat out. The casita is good size, but the bathroom is disproportionally small compared to the rest of casita. And the floor was very dusty. House keeping takes away towel during cleaner but doesn't bring in clean ones, which I find it mind boggling. And the floor remain dusty after cleaning. The pool area is packed, and I meant packed with family & kids. It's impossible to find an available lounge chair. And they ran out of pool towels. The pool attendants were friendly, but there's not enough of them vs number of guests. The location of the property is convenient, short drive to downtown scottsdale. We ate out both nights as its impossible to get reservation for the Rita's on site. We had spa treatment the second day and spent our pool time there. The spa pool is quiet and serene. I think the spa is much much better run than the hotel. We had easter brunch at Lincoln's as Rita has no availability. There are only two spots with EV charging. So you kinda have to drive to the charging spot, walk back to your room. And walk back to the spot to move your car closer to your room after charging. Overall it was an ok, somewhat disappointed stay. The house keeping, the onsite restaurants availability and the crowded Jack Rabbit pool left a lot to be desire.

Ho prenotato il mio viaggio per raggiungere l'hotel, una delle mie stanze è stata data via o persa è ciò che le donne hanno affermato in modo così causale. Non sono stato risarcito niente scuse. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare per un'altra stanza dopo che le donne hanno dichiarato numerose volte che erano state prenotate in qualche modo una stanza sembrava non consiglierei di spendere i vostri soldi altrove.

Siamo stati benissimo lì, vicino a vari ristoranti e stadi. Il personale è molto cordiale e l'ambiente è buono, cioè durante il periodo epidemico, la colazione non è disponibile dal lunedì al venerdì, ma la cena può essere modificata e la colazione è disponibile solo nei fine settimana.

UUtente ospiteSono venuto casualmente ad Arizona, perché non ero mai stato, non ho fatto troppo ricerca o niente, ma ho trovato questo hotel fantastico e sono rimasto qui per 5 notti. Appena sono arrivato al mio hotel, sono stato salutato da questo fantastico signore di nome FRANK MAGUIRE che lavora per il valletto, sono arrivato in un ascensore e mi ha aperto immediatamente la porta e mi ha preso i bagagli dal carrello dell’ascensore prima che il conducente potesse. Mi ha salutato con un sorriso sorridente, e un'energia molto buona, come ci siamo incontrati prima in un'altra vita, già ci stavamo scherzando e ridendo l'uno con l'altro poco dopo la riunione. Ho spiegato a Frank che ero di SF e che ero qui da sola, e che dovevo fare delle cose carine, e lui prese subito il suo telefono, faceva delle chiamate, mi ha chiesto di riuscire a trovarmi e tornare indietro. Quando tornai, aveva fatto una mappa per me per tutta la mia vita, e mi ha fatto un'occhiata, e mi ha fatto un'occhiata per tutto il tempo che ero li', e mi ha assicurato che mi facessi bene e che mi facesse molto bene interazioni con gli altri durante il mio soggiorno. La parte migliore era che mi ha portato alla festa della piscina al W HOTEL!!! Frank è andato oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che il mio tempo in ARIZONA fosse memorabile e era ASSUNTO!!! Grazie FRANK!!!

JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

La passeggiata in doccia con uno specchio e sedile è seriamente il più bello e rilassante “doccia” che abbia mai visto in Arizona e sono stato a molti hotel qui. Anche se non hanno un servizio in camera 24 ore, il desk front è sempre gentile e ansioso di aiutarmi con ciò che ho bisogno. La piscina è un po' piccola ma sicuramente rilassante e il cibo in e intorno all'hotel è semplicemente magnifico. Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere qui se avete la possibilità!

L'esterno e il lobby sembravano belli, ma le camere avevano un senso moderno, con la pittura che si sfilava dal tetto e la luce della doccia che si sfilava come una luce di strobo. La piscina all'aperto e la zona di tubo caldo sono stati un bene di soggiorno, ma vorrei che il personale avesse voluto rimuovere le foglie dalla piscina. Il patio al tetto lascia qualcosa da desiderare, come la creatività. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante sul sito, quindi non sono in grado di pagare per i servizi lì. Desk front molto accogliente e amichevole. Non abbiamo provato il servizio spa, anche perché non potevamo inserirlo nel nostro ordine del giorno.

UUtente ospiteWe made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.
