JjulianaNon posso fermarmi ogni volta che rimango, a causa della struttura delle camere lasciare solo i bagni? La passeggiata in doccia con uno specchio e sedile è seriamente il più bello e rilassante “doccia” che abbia mai visto in Arizona e sono stato a molti hotel qui. Anche se non hanno un servizio in camera 24 ore, il desk front è sempre gentile e ansioso di aiutarmi con ciò che ho bisogno. La piscina è un po' piccola ma sicuramente rilassante e il cibo in e intorno all'hotel è semplicemente magnifico. Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere qui se avete la possibilità!

JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

RRad DTA, you need a 1/2-star feature. This was (for me) a 4.5. I'm going to reverse my normal order: cons first. CONS: the TV didn't work correctly. I kept pushing buttons but never could get a channel. I mentioned it to the front desk and they explained that sometimes the mode gets changed and they have to change it back. The upside of this: I didn't really care as I hadn't watched TV in 10 days and didn't miss it. Seems there is some renovation going on, so the place is a bit messy. They did the best they could to contain it, however. Unfortunately, as seems to be common in this area, there are staff members who speak and / or understand little to no English, so communication was a challenge. In the one case here where I wanted to compliment the kitchen staff, there was what I believe was a maintenance man who interpreted for me, much to the joy of the ladies for whom the compliment was meant. PROS: the renovation is coming along nicely! The breakfast was good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (side note: EVERY place we stayed during our 12 nights in the area seemed to have the same mattresses and pillows - no matter which flag - and they were always comfortable enough that we slept well almost every night.), the AC worked perfectly, everything seemed (fairly) clean (it's hard to control GUEST mess), and, most importantly, the staff was fabulous and even funny. Conveniently located, quiet....I would definitely come again.

Because there is only one suit they booked someone else in
But they gave us a room with two double beds with no separation
Because we were on the road trip didn’t really mater
If you booked a suite make sure you contact this hotel
For my five years using the same travel agent to travel the world I never have to contact the hotel to confirm the booking

UUtente ospiteWe made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.
