Hotel in zona Fountain Dragons, Phnom Penh

The unit was big. 👍👍👍And the buffet breakfast was good and price was very reasonable for this deal. Nice deal will be coming back again 😀😀😀

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by an array of breakfast options that were as diverse as they were delightful. The food court boasted a wide selection of cuisines, making every meal a culinary adventure. The internal entertainment provided endless fun without the need to step out of the hotel, and the tax-free shops were a haven for shopping enthusiasts, offering a variety of goods at great prices. In conclusion, the hotel excels in every aspect, from its varied breakfast and courteous staff to its outstanding amenities. It's a place I would recommend without hesitation and look forward to visiting again.

Sono un viaggiatore ben qualificato che viaggia spesso per lavoro e divertimento. Comincio dicendo che il servizio in questo hotel era grande. Il personale era caldo e benvenuto quando sono arrivato con il mio partner. La zona di fitness e piscina sono eccellenti. Come amanti di fitness, questo è stato grande da vedere. Tuttavia, c'erano due cose che erano davvero problematiche che devo sottolineare. Il primo è il più rilevante di entrambi: 1. Purezza: Una delle tolette nella mia stanza di hotel era stata sotterranea con l'essiccamento. Mi sono sconvolto quando l'ho vista e grazie a me l'ho notato prima di usarla. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel per anni, ma non l'ho mai sperimentato. Questo è stato estremamente deludente e immediatamente mi ha cambiato il punto di vista di questo hotel, ma non avrebbe dovuto succedere. 2. Colazione: La mia opinione qui potrebbe essere più soggettiva, ma pensavo che il colazione avrebbe potuto essere migliore, la scelta sembrava molto limitata in termini di cibo e bevande. Vorrei raccomandare che si riflettano in questo senso, poiché i concorrenti di questa gamma di prezzi offrono un'opzione molto più diversa. Purtroppo, a causa della questione della pulizia, questo non sarebbe un hotel che vorrei visitare di nuovo. Confesso tuttavia che si verificano errori. Tuttavia, la natura estrema di questo errore era molto disturbante e rovinò il nostro soggiorno.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

It is in a small alley but the neighborhood is with a lot of food, restaurants and even a traditional market. Quiet location with retro design. The only problem to me is the door lock is hard to open, if they can change to the card key, that would be better.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.

I started only have hot water for one only and I stayed for 4 night,and the internet it’s keep on kicking me out can’t log in properly. I won’t stay there on my next trip which in coming in the end of this year. And breakfast the second morning then one of the Waitress she told me that I can order eggs or noodles but the morning before that no one telling me.
