Clean and good location.Massage on 3/F is the best therapist.

Thank you for their hospitality during my stay and reservation. My room was exactly what i preferred. Next time i will come again.

Clean and nice breakfast

It is a very good hotel in Pitsanulok Thailand.

Room service advertises 24.00 Pm but not actually available after 18.00 Restaurant claims to close at 24.00 but when ai arrive at 22.50 they claim are closed

Stayed a night at this hotel on 16/7/24 Overall for the price with bfast was reasonable. It a very old hotel, but upkeep is still ok Only complain 👉🏿 The wood panel cover for the switches between the twin bed cannot close and i got hurt by it. Will the manager in charge kindly take note of it. Breakfast. Spread is ok

Nice hotel and clean considering the cheap rate. Breakfast were good and sufficient. Staffs are efficient and friendly and free parking too. Walking distance to night food market street. Will stay again if in pitsanok again.

Location was convenient. Hotel design and room designs are impressive. Concierge and reception service were fantastic. Room are pretty basic, includes body soap and shampoo, but not toothbrush. Generally clean, some mould stains and spoiling fixtures. Acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast is basic. SPA IS FANTASTIC.

Location is not too bad even though it is not perfect

I like the hotel lobby was spacious and connected to a mall . Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Hotel is well kept. I will stay again. Breakfast selection not very good but taste alright. Have congee , soup noodles, small selection of salad, 3 kinds of fresh fruits. 2 type of pastries but not freshly baked . Egg station and a few stirfry dishes. Room although not modern style decor but it’s classic. Very good value for money. Will defiance come back if I am on the road trip to stopover night to chiang mai .

Very good and popular Hotel, great view from my room on the 15th floor. I had a quiet night there and a nice dinner at the Lobby lounge.

Have always been the choice hotel when I visit Phitsanulok.

We stayed 3 nights at Topland Hotel and were very satisfied. The hotel is centrally located in the city and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff always appeared friendly and welcoming. The room on the 15th floor was large, clean and had a great view. There was aircon, fridge, TV and kettle and it all worked. Wifi was ok. The bathroom was excellent and there was hot water. The breakfast was a buffet and the selection was good. All in all, we can definitely recommend this hotel.

Grand hotel in the middle of the city. Near the main road and close to tourist attractions.
