L'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, degli anni '80 -'90. La doccia è un modello antico. Dovevo stare nella vasca da bagno. Non ci sono problemi nello sciacquone del WC. Le coperte sono vecchio stile. È uno scialle imbottito di stoffa bianca. (Quando ti vengono i peli sul corpo, ti viene il prurito e gli sputi.) Questo è ciò che usano i vecchi hotel perché non devono lavare le coperte, lavano solo il panno bianco che copre il letto. La colazione ha una buona varietà, molte verdure, ma poco maiale e carne. Nel complesso non vale il prezzo Se la condizione è questa, il prezzo dovrà essere ulteriormente ridotto.

L'hotel è vecchio e i rumori dal tetto sono estremamente forti. Non sono riuscito a dormire tutta la notte. Potrebbero essere uccelli o topi che corrono sul tetto. L'acqua del rubinetto scende tutta la notte e l'odore del bagno è fastidioso.

In the bathroom, the shower is clogged, causing low water pressure, and the bathtub cannot hold water. In the bedroom, the curtains are very dusty. Most importantly, the balcony door cannot be locked because the lock is broken.

We was in Imperial hotel 2 days during the Asian bycicle championship. Room is big, good service. Nice and friendly staff. Room was little bit old furniture, medium clean.

The old hotel with full equipped is recommended for people who just dropped at Phitsanulok. Big room and grand breakfast.

Hotel has everything befitting a 5 star build 28 years ago but in tip top conditions. Excellent stay they allow me to check in much earlier. For the price it's amazing.

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away. Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom. Concierge and reception friendly and efficient. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.
