this place is for who want to stay away from all the noisy from city, there is nothing literally,,, for me, i didnt enjoy the staying but all the staff there is so kind and amazing

We had very bad experience with this hotel: they refused our booking and we have to find any other stay because of no any boat back to phuket. Otherwise we have to sleep under open sky

Great, quiet location on Phi Phi. The food was amazing! Some of the best pad thai and pad see ew we had on our entire trip!

環境不錯，適合喜歡安靜的人，但是離繁華區太遠，玩到八點想去酒店坐船花了3000🐷，*******😂

太偏僻了！千萬不要定這個酒店，晚上在皮皮市中心（通塞灣）玩到8點就找不到回北邊的船了，結果硬着頭皮被一個噁心的船家宰了一把！（2000泰銖一趟）然後錢也花了，結果從lana bay碼頭走到酒店大概15min山路，其中有一大段完全沒有燈，特別黑，超級嚇人！到了酒店也不早了，然後前台竟然下班了，一個工作人員也沒有！！！接待處關燈打烊了！荒山野嶺的，萬一有點什麼事兒都不知道咋辦！ 廁所洗澡的花灑是壞的，勉強也能用吧。 酒店沒有自己的私人沙灘，我***1700多元一晚上呀！門口的海下面都是石頭，特別紮腳！旁邊走路15min就是saii 什麼village那個酒店！人家酒店就有自己的沙灘和自己的潛水俱樂部，免費自行車什麼的，基礎設施比本酒店好多了！ 而且因為這個酒店偏僻，所以交通費特別貴，酒店棒你叫一個穿，單程一次就是1000泰銖！而且接你不要錢，送你去通塞如果是8點am 和12am就便宜點（一個人250泰銖），其他時間都1000泰銖以上。****坑人！ 總之 千萬別定這個酒店，偏僻到令人髮指！！！

還行吧，住兩天，停電兩次

We spent 4 nights at Phu Chalet and Wes wish we could have stayed longer. It is the most fantastic location next to the sea but has a small village within 10 minutes walk with a few bars and restaurants. The chalets are really beautiful with gorgeous views. Don’t miss the Camel Rock and bat and the pineapple rice at Pad Thai is fantastic. We only ate Phu Chalet on our last nice which was a mistake because the food was possibly the best we have eaten so far. Thankyou Chon, Kem, Pop and Layla and of course the rest of the team for making our stay extra special

We arrived on Phi Phi’s main ferry terminal on the 15/02/25. We immediately found our hotel transfer very easily, the transfer is a long tail boat (the only way to get to this hotel). The boat is owned by the hotel. When arriving at Phi Phi Puh from the sea, you see beautiful dark wood villa’s set into the hillside, surrounded by lush green jungle. When we got to shore, we were met by 4 smiling members of staff who paddled out up to their knees to take all our luggage. Then assisted my family and myself ashore. We checked in and met the remaining staff, as always so polite and happy to please. Our villa……..wow! We can sit in our bed looking straight out at the beautiful turquoise sea, honestly I’m in my happy place. The food here is lovely and has an extensive menu to cover all tastes. I tried to work through the cocktail list! Try the Banana daiquiri……yum. The resort also supplies snorkel’s, fins and use of kayaks for free. There is a small isolated and characteristically ramshackle village about 1.5 kilometres walk away with a few bars and restaurants. This resort is a place to relax by the pool or swim in the sea and just chill, maybe a walk to the village for a cocktail, beer and food. I do not relax very easily, but this place did it for me. Probably one draw back that covers Phi Phi island in general that didn’t affect us is this place is not disabled friendly. My overview is this is a must visit, and I will come back again………loved it.

Absolutely stunning, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are perfect, 2 villages within walking distance so there are plenty of places to eat in the evening, our only gripe is with the private long boat trip we booked, the boat was really uncomfortable as there were no cushions to sit on and our guide had really poor English and struggled to even tell us how long we could stay on any of the located stops, even so we would go back again and not book the trip 😀

We are so pleased we booked here. The location is perfect - very tranquil, with our room hidden in the trees. We woke up to the most amazing view of the sea from our bed. The staff are exceptional, kind and so helpful. The food is the best on the island, we tried some local restaurants but this place was outstanding, so we made sure we ate here for dinner and lunch many times. There is a coral reef outside the hotel and you can borrow life jackets and snorkels. We are so glad to have picked this and would highly recommend. Thank you so much to all the staff for making a very special trip.

Breathtaking location. Delicious breakfast, kind and friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely pool. Biggest advantage for us was the excellent snorkelling from the beach. There’s coral and the edge of a reef a swim out from the beach - fantastic snorkelling each day - we didn’t need to organise a separate snorkelling trip. Free use of kayaks was great too. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Very family-oriented when we visited. 10 -15 minute walk (or 5 min tuktuk) to other bars, shops, restaurants.

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the beaten path and ideal for what we wanted. It’s on the shore with a relatively small pebbly beach although some sand at low tide. Perhaps not the best place to sunbathe but they have a very nice pool for that. it’s a fine beach from which to snorkel in relatively shallow water, the water very clear with an abundance of sea life to appreciate. We snorkeled and kayaked from our hotel (free equipment). The food here is good, the menu offers Thai and Western food. We mainly ate the Thai dishes and enjoyed them. The staff is very accommodating. Kudos especially to the manger Khun Suchada who is friendly , professional and very helpful. We had a spectacular view of the ocean from our cabana.

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel because on the first night we had a lot of termites in our room which made us sleepless for a whole night! In the morning I tried to ask the hotel for help, but they said that they didn't have much to do since we are in nature. The view from the room and the pool is very beautiful.
