Il servizio è stato fantastico, la posizione era fantastica anche con i trasferimenti da e per la città. Tutto il personale è stato così disponibile e gentile. La vista è mozzafiato

Questo hotel è in cima a una collina e un po' lontano sia dalla lunga spiaggia che dalla città, per cui è sempre necessaria un'auto. Fortunatamente l'hotel ha un servizio auto gratuito (fino alle 21:00) che ti porta in giro. Struttura e camere ok, personale molto cordiale

Questo è un resort perfetto per rilassarsi, fare yoga e nuotare. Abbiamo adorato la lunga spiaggia. La città ha locali fantastici anche il servizio auto è troppo bello come un ascensore. Questo è il mio primo soggiorno nell'isola di phi phi e faccio snorkeling sulla lunga spiaggia. Divertito! 😇🙏 Torneremo sicuramente con amici e familiari. La natura della Thailandia è incredibile per tutto il periodo estivo che mi sorprende così tanto.

Le camere deluxe non hanno vista e si può accedere solo dal balcone (la camera non ha porta), il che può essere scomodo. Se prendi una stanza al piano terra soffrirai di odori di fogna nella stanza. Il personale è molto cordiale e ti aiuterà con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Wi-Fi è ok e l'hotel fornisce una borsa da spiaggia con asciugamani. Asciugamani e lenzuola siamo puliti, così come la stanza. Il letto è molto rigido come il cemento ma i cuscini sono belli

La camera era molto grande e pulita, e il parco acquatico era davvero fantastico - non avevo mai visto un hotel con un parco acquatico prima. I bambini hanno apprezzato molto il loro soggiorno qui. La posizione era piuttosto inaccessibile, anche se l'hotel forniva il trasporto gratuito per le spiagge vicine e la città principale, quindi non era affatto un problema. Anche il servizio è stato davvero eccezionale, ogni singolo dettaglio è stato ben curato.

We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️

Amazing quiet and scenic stay away from all the noise the town has to offer. The hotel provides easy and reliable car service to the closest beach on the edge of shark point and a car to the edge of the town. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The only problems we had were the options for food as there was only one restaurant up there but it wasn’t a huge problem their food was okay. Overall a great stay and if we ever come back we won’t hesitate to book here again!

The service in this place was good but the problem is that the hotell is promoting things they do not have. There were supposed to be several pools and the facility looked abandoned. There is not one pool to use, so if you wanna go swimming you will have to take a car to the beach. So for paying so much money for a weeks stay it was not worth it at all. Breakfast was good! But the hotel is very off from everything so you have to use the cars that are appointed once every hour betweeen 08-21. So it kinda ruined the stay because for that sort of payment i would expect to at least get what they are promoting. The info at the servicedesk was kinda poor. Tjey do have a restaurant with an amazing view but you have to ask about it because there is no info to find about it. We stumbled upon it by misstanke the last day of the visit. So yeah, wont vmbe staying there again.

You arrive a the pier where you meet be of of there representatives, then takes by long tales boat Down the coast where you get a shuttle bus up to the hotel, Room is cleaned daily to a high standard, breakfast is not the best, daily scrambled egg, cold fried eggs, poor quality bacon, processed cold sausage or sliced ham, also a small choice of Asian foods, Tea or coffee from a pot toast and cereal, There also a hour bus back to beach or outer town,  where you walk to many restaurants and shops, Free Shuttle buses stop at 21:00, after which you can order a shuttle bus at 300 baht per room

Nice View but the room was ugly. The water from the shower overflooded the whole bathroom. The Breakfast was very Nice

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were big and spacious. It is at the top of the mountain as the name suggests but they have a good shuttle service from our experience although they don’t adhere to the timetable all that well! Arrive at least 20 minutes before it is supposed to depart from town. Breakfast wasn’t bad but almost everything has chicken in it and we don’t eat meat! The pool seemed under used by guests but was clean. Most of the water slides etc are switched off. The giant octopus ruins the views a little!!

Acceptable for couple of days no more. Very poor service and food but rooms are OK for this type of place.

Completely disappointed hotel is not as advertised in the pictures. Because the aqua park is not operational and no swimming pool nearby. The hotel is located on top of a mountain, making it almost impossible to reach on foot. There is a free shuttle service available hourly between 9 AM and 9 PM. Outside of these hours, the hotel charges taxi fees per room as follows: 300 baht from 9 PM to 2 AM, 500 baht from 2 AM to 5 AM, and 100 baht from 5 AM to 9 AM—for a distance of just six minutes. The hotel manager, Mr. Khun, is a complete disappointment and a liar. During my five-day reservation, I accidentally booked an extra room. I realized my mistake immediately, but since there was no free cancellation option, I contacted the two relevant agencies multiple times to request a cancellation. They emailed the hotel administration on my behalf, but unfortunately, Mr. Khun denied receiving any emails and refused to approve my cancellation request. This behavior is absolutely unworthy of a reputable establishment. However, I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Mam from the reception, who sincerely tried to support me. She was the only person who helped me get in touch with Mr. Khun regarding this issue.
