Nel complesso, l'hotel è buono, il prezzo è giusto e l'ambiente è bellissimo Tuttavia, c'è una receptionist che non parla inglese subito dopo aver detto qualcosa che non capisce 😓 L'inglese dell'altro è buono e il servizio è a posto.

Nice resort with friendly and helpful staff. Big pool (& small pool for kids). Tidy & clean room.

Bad service I ever seen, I booked 2 rooms and everything is ok until anothwr tour came. At around 11h pm the room infront of mine see snakes and asked for security to check, there come a family of snakes. Continue to checking the room next to me still see the snakes. I asked to change the room but they refused after waiting for nearly 2 hours at the lobby. They changed the rooms for that tour but refused to change for us. The area is not safe anymore and possibly snakes all around there. I have to book another hotel in the midnight for sleeping. That was a bad service i ever seen so terrible

早餐：哇，這肯定是我在越南吃過最難吃的早餐了，培根麪包都很硬，雞蛋超多油，咖啡沒有味道，甜點一看就是很廉價，特地拍了給大家看。 衞生：餐廳的椅子桌子超級臟，很多油漬，泳池底部的漂浮物也很多 最要命的一點，他們員工餐廳那裡有條拉布拉多，有次直接沖到人旁邊了，超級嚇人，我們碰到同住的人説晚上拍到了一樓房間外面的蛇，所有房間走廊側都有開一個小窗口透氣，如果蛇要爬的話。很容易就進房間了，知道這件事後，晚上睡覺提心吊膽

Ребята это отпиз жены й отель. Все что есть на грани . Он не стоит своих денег. Номера все старое . Лежаки вот вот расыпятся . Пляж возле моря и лежаков не убирали тыщу лет. Басейны в плачевном состоянии бортики рассыпаются . были в кайт муйне тоже 4 звезды....но он супер посравнению с этим трупом. Отель максимум 2 звезды.ОТЕЛЬ ТРУП. НЕ СТОИТ

沙灘還可以，早上帶孩子玩了一下，就是風浪太大了，房間蚊子多，還沒有蚊香，空調正對着床，早上六點開始樓道里就很吵，早餐難吃，而且餐廳很熱，沒有空調還很曬

Giá tốt tuy nhiên phòng standard bẩn, cửa wc không chốt được, wc còn không có bục để đồ đánh răng rửa mặt nên buộc phải để ở dưới đất, mạng yếu, bữa ăn sáng thực đơn chán. Mong Sea Lion cải thiện hơn chất lượng khách sạn.

Отель старенький. Раньше он принадлежал сети Dessole, был лучшим в Муйне. Сейчас он только год как открылся после пандемии, людей нет. На выходные приезжают вьетнамцы отдыхать. Один день мы вообще были одни в отеле, а так открыт 1 корпус возле моря. В номере в основном все старое, сделали небольшой ремонт, кондиционер бешено гудит. Питание отличное, когда нет людей, то заказываешь по меню сколько хочешь. Персонал доброжелательный. Хотя когда мы приехали заселяться, они были не готовы и удивлены, что мы приехали. В общем впечатление положительное, но отель требует ремонта

I am very disappointed; I ordered 5 deluxe ocean view rooms from November 26 to December 8, but we only received 2. The hotel is quite empty, yet the reception claims there are no other rooms available. Nobody seems to care about our complaints, The room description stated that the bathrobes were supposed to be provided, but they were delivered on the third day,some have still not received them. Everything is okie until the second nite (saturday) stay. The big Vietnamese group who are staying this same resort open party to 11pm, the music and voices louder and louder. Until midnite still hear their voices so loud. Even the receptionists and securities can not solve this problem. I still heard the international groups who stayed next door did quarrel with the locals because of the noise so loud till after midnite. OMG! I dropped 3 star rating average of two nites because the first nite 5 star rating (excellent service, helpful and friendly staff, nice decorstion with spacy room, big garden with a lot of coco trees...) and 1 star rating for the second nite of terrible loud noise and voices.
