Cibo molto buono veramente ottimo il ristorante! Ganesh ci ha trattati benissimo! La posizione è buona, in centro alla cittadina sebbene sia stato solo di passaggio verso Jaisalmer. La stanza non la migliore del mondo ma comunque soddisfava le nostre aspettative

Siamo stati accolti in maniera molto positiva da tutto il personale. In speciale Ganesh ci ha aiutato a scegliere i piatti per la nostra cena, ed è diventata una delle più buone nel nostro giro nel Rajasthan. ..............................

A true heritage property with just the perfect blend of modernity. The hospitality from the staff perfectly matches core values of Rajasthan. The road to hotel is indeed quite narrow but the service, the ambience and the property itself is unmatched in Phalodi.

Zone palace is the best property of phalodi, it's heritage property. Staff is very friendly and food quality is very delicious. Thanks to Bhawani Singh ji general manager of this property. If you coming to phalodi, it's beautiful heritage property to stay here. The best arrangement Good decoration Good food Very good hygiene Best experience Best facility Very kind people Swimming pool for relaxation One of the best place to stay in phalodi No complaints for any thing Safest palace zone palace best support by Ravi Kalla in front office

Excellent facilities; international standard, historic haveli. Fabulous restaurant and service. Bahadur and Ravi in particular were helpful and nice. The porters were also great, and experience was good from start to finish. Rooftop nice too

Satisfied with the services received from Neta Ram, Shyam and other members of the the hospitality team for their great services.would love to visit again. All the staff have been very courteous and well groomed giving a homely feeling of the haveli.

Really peaceful stay with best service & appreciated hospitality. .........,........................ Great food, Geyser AC all facilities available. This is Heritage hotel which is well maintained its past glory. We will like to visit the Palace again!!

Very good heritage look, ambience and good behaviour of staff. Recommend to stay once. The food of the hotel was very tasty and it is family friendly hotel. We enjoyed a lot here and this hotel also has swimming pool which was very neat and clean and the water was also hot and room was neat and clean
