Hotel in zona Parlatorium, Pfullingen

Alla reception, Ho prenotato una camera doppia con mio figlio dal 5.5.bis 7.5.23. Ci siamo recati venerdì alle 19:00. L'inesperienza della receptionista ci ha causato un disavanzo finanziario di meno. 76,-€: 1. Quando ho voluto prendere il nostro album di AlbCard il sabato 8.00, questi dovrebbero essere finiti solo 14.00, forse anche 9.00!! Ma poiché fino ad allora avevamo pianificato monastero di tremori e dirigenti di Tübingen, abbiamo dovuto pagare con un totale di 2x6+2x10€ da soli. 2. Quando volevamo visitare il giorno dopo la città di Hohenzollernburg, la AlbCard non è stata accolta perché era stata rilasciata solo da 6.5. a 7.5., quindi solo per un soggiorno. Costo aggiuntivo: € 44. Come ho saputo al check-out, la consegna della AlbCard richiede solo 10 minuti!! Poiché questo Lapzus è anche una questione di formazione, posso solo dare al tuo hotel la peggiore valutazione. - Il parcheggio gratuito ha così pochi posti che è necessario utilizzare il garage per 9 €/giorno.

Eravamo spesso in questo hotel, alcuni anni, ogni volta che eravamo a Reutlingen. Non era così moderno, ma confortevole, e tutto andava bene e orientato agli ospiti. Perfetto per un breve viaggio. Ci siamo sempre voluti tornare! Ora le camere sono incantevole, bellissime e nuove, ci piace l'ascensore facciale... i bagni sono ancora vecchi, ma potremmo vivere con questo. Non possiamo vivere con i dipendenti disinteressati al ricevimento, che in anticipo si occupano di domande disinteressate e di responsabilità, non si prendono cura dei loro ospiti all'arrivo, Discutere la sua festa prima di noi e ignorare la nostra piccola richiesta di sostegno, poi andare direttamente in tempo per la festa. La mia carta di credito è stata caricata con 2 volte colazione che non avevamo, che era stato discusso telefonicamente prima. Una nuova osservazione è stata respinta al momento dell'arrivo! Non abbiamo ricevuto una fattura e fino ad oggi non abbiamo risposto alla nostra richiesta per posta elettronica per chiarire questa situazione. Quindi no, non posso davvero consigliare questo hotel e dovro' stare in un altro posto in futuro a Reutlingen. Il danno che sembrava una migliore... si è rivelato un peggioramento che ha insultato gli anziani. Solo un danno e così poco professionale!

Schon der Empfang durch Herrn Tammam war überaus herzlich! Das Hotel strahlt in allen Bereichen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und sehr sauber. Die Minibar auf dem Zimmer steht sogar kostenfrei zur Verfügung und das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze im Hof. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Geburtstagsüberraschung: Eine Flasche Sekt, Muffins, Kerzen und alles begleitet von einem Geburtstagsständchen durch das Team - einfach der Hammer! Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt.

The Hotel Krone is a fabulous hotel in the wonderful city of Tübingen. It's not exaggerated to affirm that it's the best hotel in that city. At first sight upon entering the building for the start of a stay at the hotel one feels impressed owing to the tasty decoration and other elements contributing to create a pleasant atmosphere. That feeling is supported by the wellcome one receives from the personnel working at the front desk, particularly if the new coming guest has the luck and the pleasure to be attended by Loreena, as it was my case. The hotel lies quite close to the city historical center, in a rather quiet place. The main entrance is in Uhlandstraße, a street with not much traffic. In that where the building right hand side façade is there isn't hardly any traffic. Behind the building there is a inner court, a part of which is destined to the hotel parking. In order to get to the historical center one needs to go across a bridge over the river Neckar form which very nice views can be enjoyed. I stayed in that hotel at the end of August last year and I liked so much both the hotel end the city that I returned there twice, in October 2021 and in May 2022, staying of course at the same hotel. The rooms I was allocated respectively each time are very nice and comfortable, not only as regards the beds but likewise as far as everything inside is concerned. The bed is no doubt very comfy, the mattress having the right toughness for assuring a good rest. Besides, the room is very peaceful so that I heard no noise during my stays at the hotel. The whole hotel is a calm place, the building being apparently soundproof. The breakfast is abundant and excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of the utmost good quality. The fruits are fresh and varied. It's obvious that the pastry is usually of recent manufacture insofar as, for instance, the croissants are still sometimes a bit warm. The crammed meat and the eggs are likewise very tasty. That breakfast powered me all day up until dinner time. Besides, the breakfast room is clean and pleasant, with the adequate light. The music is there none the less somewhat disturbing. Its quality is rather bad and therefore its suppression would be much appreciated. All the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. In any case, Loreena's good manners and service are outstanding. She is wellcoming and sincere, and her kindness and friendliness could be placed above the average. The other staff members are also very kind and efficient. One of them helped me the first time I lodged in the hotel to take the suitcase out of the car. The room maids are also kind and concientious workers. On the occasion of my second stay, upon my departure, one of them helped me on her own initiative take a part of my baggage to the car and put the big suitcase into the trunk. I have every time been provided with a table lamp fit for working with the appropriate light. The hotel is in general very clean and very well decorated. Th

Non posso dire che il posto mi ha fatto saltare. La posizione è molto conveniente vicino all'aeroporto, al parco e alcuni quartieri di business. Edificio è nuovo e interno sono contemporaneo. Difficile trovare via GPS perché Bertha-Benz-Platz apparentemente non è elencato in alcun GPS, quindi è necessario entrare Dieselstrasse. Room aveva un AC e una piccola cucina. Finora così buono. Dopo aver chiesto di tenere la casa, mi è stato detto che la casa è fatta solo una volta alla settimana. Il buffet per colazione era riempito solo su richiesta e piuttosto senza motivazione. La chiusura della porta della camera non era chiusa, quindi ho chiesto una riparazione, ma nessuno era davvero in disturbo.

Hotel ben posizionato all uscita dell autostrada e vicino al centro della graziosa cittadina locale. Grande parcheggio interno a 15 euro ma si trova parcheggio anche lungo la strada Camera grande e ben aaredata l. Tuttavia attenzione se si vuole essere un 4 stelle. Al nostro arrivo ho apero un mobile e era pieno di lattine di birra vuote lasciate da alcolizzati precedenti che ho subito fatto rimuovere. Anta del frigo bar rotta, frigo bar vetro rotto. Piscina e sauna gradevoli con molto asciugamani a disposizione. Tuttavia alla domenica asciugamani usati e lattine di birra a quanto pare posto preferito per bevitori di birra in piscina, sono stati rimossi solo a tardo pomeriggio 4 pallini solo per il personale super attento e gentile in particolare ragazza turca e ragazzo afgano Se serve una sosta consigliato.
