Howdy from Texas 🤠!! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy.
This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!
Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room. Thanks for understanding!About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No outdoor noise after 10pm. We are respectful of our neighbors. Please come inside at 10pm.No loud music outside,The house isn't a party house. A police officer is a neighbor.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Outdoor smoking only and no marijuana.About events:No events allowed.The house isn't a party house. Quiet house rules.

Dan was a wonderful host, very polite and always available to answer any questions during our stay. The house looked exactly like the picture we definitely felt at home. The neighbor was very clean and quiet. No issues anything we needed was close by. If we are ever in TX again we would definitely stay at his home. Thanks again Dan

Great location, near many dining, & shopping places. The host responded quick when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay the home was very accommodating, game room and the pool were very nice!!

We loved it! Dan was so easy to deal with and a quick communicator. Most importantly - the house was very clean, no bugs anywhere, water pressure in shower was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cold! Our teenage and adult boys loved all the games and the pool was fantastic! We will be back again for sure! Thanks Dan!

Great place to stay with the family! Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Convenient location for sightseeing as well.

Great time
Wish we would have stayed longer. The house was very accommodating. The pool was relaxing and the game room was a big hit. We were celebrating Father’s Day weekend with family and there was enough room for everybody.

Great accommodations.
A great family venue. Pool, hot tub and game room were a hit! Beds were very comfortable. House close to retail, restaurants and not far from airport. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and living room was a great family space. Neighborhood was good for walks, running with parks nearby. Great communication with host. Recommended for family stay.

Everything was great, the kids loved the game room, the swimming pool, and best of all the jacuzzi! Enough space for my family of 9 and still had space! Thank you!!

Great stay!
We loved our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space. The pool and hot tub were fun, but the best part was the game room. The host is also very helpful and responsive.

Good relaxation
Rental was as described, host was responsive to minor issue we had. Enjoyed a weekend of floating about in the pool and playing games in the games room. Neighbours are close, but they do not overlook the property and we did not see or hear any of them. Was easy to navigate to, but the neighbourhood was quiet and we were undisturbed
