Jade was fantastic. We had an issue with our room and she solved it quickly and efficiently. She was helpful, kind and considerate ensuring we would have a great nights sleep. Our second room was lovely. Well equipped with comfy pillows. Thank you

We received a very warm welcome from Jade on the reception desk who went out of her way to make sure the 2 rooms we booked were together/ on the same floor. Couldn’t do enough for us, thank you so much . Service above & beyond which really makes you feel you have chosen the right place to stay 😊

Jade in reception was lovely. She couldn’t make us feel more at home and was really friendly. Donna on the bar, was lovely also, nothing was too much trouble. All the waiting staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We come here often visiting family and always stay in the hotel and eat in the restaurant. Thankyou :)

Such a nice , positive experience @ this Peterborough Prem Inn - super-friendly staff all-round from reception to all the breakfast personnel.. Great room {as per usual} , good car-park & ideal location for eateries / shops / busses into Peterborough.. 👍👌👍

Great staff, quick check in and lovely clean room. Staff couldn’t do more for you!!! And also lots of shops and food place near by. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely stay again at some point this year ……………………………………..

Stayed here for one night as we had an appt near Peterborough the next day. Everything, from the warm welcome from the young man at the reception desk, the lovely room which was large, very clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed, to the lady who was on duty at reception in the morning was great. Will have no hesitation at all in staying again 👍

I stayed for 4 nights for business last weekend. Firstly, when I arrived at the room, it was really cold - clearly nobody had thought to turn the heating on ready for guest arrival which wasn't great. On the subject the heating system isn't great anyway. There was no free wifi available at all - I tried several times to connect but it failed every time. There was also never any staff available or around at reception so nobody to complain to or solve the problem. To be fair the room was fine other than that - bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean although the duvet cover was a bit tatty. Overall quite a disappointing experience which has cost me money as I needed to use my phone as a data hotspot to get work done every evening.

Brilliant, friendly staff, thank you reception and house keeping team, the best service ever, attention to details. Keep up the good work, I will definitely come back again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family, bravo Hampton team

Honestly the best Customer Service I have had this year in a Premier Inn thank you to Stefan and Martyna - from the minute we arrived excellent welcome and coordination of our requests. The checking in process was smooth and kids gifted on arrival. Stefan arranged so my room could be next to my brothers arrving the next day! Awesome stuff
