Hotel in zona SS 2/83 Playground, Petaling Jaya

Buona posizione vicino a Beacon Hospital All'interno dell'hotel c'è un sacco di ristoranti La colazione è così tanta scelta. Gli impiegati dell'hotel sono così gentili, ma hanno un dipendente che è piuttosto impersonale. Forse è un'impresa.

Grande hotel, vicino al centro commerciale, ma a pochi passi da klcc e dall'aeroporto per la vista. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Belle viste anche.

We had a happy stay! Our room is perfect.. clean and tidy. The gym and pool is awesome. Syikin and Nani at the reception was really kind and helpful. The location: slightly not easy to find. We use Google Map and asked the security guard to tell us how to get to the lobby. Overall, happy and peaceful, thank you!

Cleanliness: Overall the room was very clean, they do supply toiletries, shower gel and shampoo. Just only 1 thing: the floor was dusty, maybe around few weeks no one stay in so they didn’t clean it before my stay. Location: I was worried of the location is difficult to find before I go there, but the customer service sent a video to show me how to reach their car park, Awesome! The nearest big shopping mall is 1Utama. The building surrounded by highway, if you’re driving, is very convenient. Service: Frontdesk service was good! Customer service reply WhatsApp message very fast! Excellent service from security guard, they very polite!!!! Each level of car park have a security guard there, so no need to worry there’s no-one if need help. Amenities: The top level have gym and swimming pool and bar counter to chill with friends/family(need to bring own beverages/beer/utensils). As I know there are 2-4 lifts can reach to lobby.

Overall is good but the sound insulation is bad to be honest. Even is a non-smoking room or area but the smell of smoke still enter my room. I think it was came from the emergency exit. Quite bad experience. The towel was dirty, please bring your own. The air-conditioning was under expected. Near to Sunway pyramid, 99 mart and some pharmacy. Overall is 3✨ for me. Don't order the indomee goreng at Pelita, taste worst

Recentemente sono rimasto a Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya e ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale grazie al personale eccellente. Il 30 giugno 2024 ho capito che ho lasciato i miei gioielli nella stanza dell'hotel dopo aver controllato. In un panico, ho chiamato l'hotel e ho parlato con il signor Azam, l'agente del servizio ospiti, e il suo calmante demo e la sua disponibilità a aiutarmi immediatamente a sollevare. In pochi minuti, il signor Azam, insieme alla signora Saherah, l'ufficiale di sicurezza superiore, mi ha assicurato che erano in questo. Il loro accurato controllo ha rivelato che la signora Shanti, la diligente guardiana di casa, aveva trovato i miei gioielli e l'ha rapidamente riferita al suo manager, il signor Tarmizee, il vice manager di casa. Le azioni rapide e professionali non si sono fermate. Shanti e Tarmizee hanno consegnato le gioielli al signor Zairul Azli, il vice direttore della sicurezza e della sicurezza, per verifica. Per garantire il più alto livello di sicurezza, Zaireul ha esaminato la videocamera CCTV per confermare che nessun altro è entrato nella stanza dopo che ho controllato. Molto comodo e meno ricco di hotel. Abbiamo avuto una notte fantastica all'hotel. La stanza era così buona. Abbiamo avuto una cena thailandese fantastica al ristorante al tetto. Ci hanno aggiornati alla stanza esecutiva. Grazie.

For our 4 days 3 night stay, this serviced residence came with almost everything u need, eg: great view, washing machine, dryer, hair blower, microwave, big fridge, etc but they only provided us with 1 car park & 1 access card (with RM100 as refundable deposit) n no flat rate for guest's parking if more than 1 car. The room was relatively clean n new but the shower's water pressure wasn't great. Room service only every 2-3 days. Overall a pleasant stay but they can certainly do better.

Simple and cozy hotel. Lots of parking space available. Hotel with only basic needs. It was a pleasant stay. Aircond sejuk gila!

Il servizio era bellissimo.. Da quando siamo entrati fino a quando siamo saliti nelle stanze. L'hotel era pulito e bello ambiente. Buon lavoro anche il personale che ha messo un sforzo per soddisfare pienamente gli ospiti .
