Hotel in zona HIS Church, Petaling Jaya

This is my first time booking the Avante hotel in PJ. The hotel is very new and modernized. I enjoyed the gym very much. The clients need to go to the counter to get a QR code before using the gym which is about 10000sq. ft. Including the infinity swimming pool. Moreover, the hotel is closely linked to the 1 Utama shopping center with more than 700 shops. Last but not least, it is close to the Banda Utama MRT station. That’s why I gave full rating to Avante!

This is a new hotel and i love it! It can't get any better for this price range. I love the gym as it allows me to do a thorough workout. There is a beautiful pool but a bit small though. There is ba*****t parking. The room size is comfortable and the beds are comfortable. What's most amazing, this is the first hotel I've been to that has bolsters! There is a water cooler at the hallway where you can get cold and hot water. The location of the hotel is just around the Malay area and there are plenty of food stalls that you can sample from.

Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint.It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4 out of 5 star.

Bestest hotel to stay in PJ. Stayed for 1 night and the room is so spacious & clean. Parking is provided & free once u validated at the counter. Deposit is RM100 either by cash or credit card. Got iron & iron board in the room (most important) Got electric kettle & small fridge too ! Water pressure at toilet super strong & have hot water. Always my 1st choice hotel whenever I need to come to PJ for work purpose.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. Hotel's location is perfect. Facilities were good and food provided is really delicious. Overall experience was good.

Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera di famiglia (1 letto Regina + 1 letto singolo) ma mi è stato dato una camera superiore (1 letto solo). Il personale ha detto che c'è un difetto nel sistema di prenotazione (terzo partito come Trip.Com). Il personale ha detto che ero fortunato abbastanza perché c'era solo una camera superiore disponibile. Sono fortunato perché mia figlia doveva tornare a Johor. Mi ha appena lasciato con mia moglie. Altrimenti la stanza non è sufficiente per noi (3 di noi). L'hotel è stato un bene, ma l'evento di prenotazione è una cattiva esperienza per me. Ho prenotato e pagato per una stanza di famiglia, ma è stato dato una stanza superiore.

Le Mossaz Suites offrono un soggiorno confortevole e confortevole per le famiglie. Le unità ben mantenute sono dotate di tutto quello che avete bisogno, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città. Il personale amichevole è sempre stato utile e accogliente. In generale, abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza e consiglierei molto Mossaz Suites a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno a casa a favore della famiglia.

Booked this hotel for my dad and he requested for 2nd time booking so I guess this hotel have fulfilled his expectation. 👍🏻

Un hotel molto buono con grandi servizi. Ho soggiornato per 2 notti per un viaggio d'affari con la famiglia e un bambino. La posizione è buona se avete il proprio trasporto a pochi passi dalla stazione lrt. Abbiamo l'obiettivo di mangiare a Kantan e questo è l'hotel migliore/più vicino. Le viste sul tetto sono splendide con vista Istana Negara. Ma, purtroppo, non possiamo andare al colazione.. Viene presto.

È una grande opzione per i viaggiatori soli che cercano un ritiro pacifico dal centro occupato di Kuala Lumpur. I suoi moderni impianti, camere pulite e servizi attenti garantiscono un soggiorno confortevole e affidabile a un prezzo ragionevole. Sebbene la posizione non sia adatta a coloro che vogliono essere nel centro dei hotspot turistici, è ideale per i viaggiatori che valgono la tranquillità e l'accesso facile ai trasporti pubblici.
