Overall, the hotel is wonderful and highly professional. The ”Classic” type rooms are lovely—nicely designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though the selection was limited. This wasn’t an issue for us, but a higher-quality coffee option than the ”Elite” brand would be a welcome improvement. Our main issue was the lack of clear signage leading to the hotel from the mall parking area. The hotel tower has three sets of elevators, and unfortunately, the signs directed us to the wrong one. This led to confusion and unnecessary delays as we tried to find the correct elevator to the lobby. We later realized that the correct elevator was mislabeled as leading to the mall, rather than to the hotel. Clearer and more accurate signage in this area would greatly enhance the guest experience.
