這次出行的酒店非常滿意！一開始打算住兩天，但是有一天沒有我要定的房型了，打電話找前台溝通， 他們在收到客人退單後立刻聯繫我預訂，所以也沒有折騰第二天換房，解決問題的態度非常好～其次酒店是寵物友好酒店，不需要額外收取任何費用真的很人性化。早餐的種類非常豐富，品質也很不錯，可以對標很多國五的早餐了。因為定了私湯沒有在户外泡，但是去户外逛了一圈，帶小朋友的家庭直接閉眼沖，非常親子友好，有個很大的小朋友的遊樂園，户外也有小朋友的戲水區，真的很棒！私湯也是不限制次數防水的，也是温泉水，而且來房間刷卡叫我們放水的工作人員態度也很好很細心。值得一提的是，他們家的吹風機，真的是超過很多國五酒店的，很好用，不是老式的吹風機 ，風大，温度可調節，女性非常友好。客房服務響應非常快，要送什麼東西都是5分鐘內送到。最後，剛好周天的生日，找前台訂了個小蛋糕，但是前台非常貼心的額外贈送了一個小蛋糕，並在23:55送到房間，服務真的沒話説，熱情、周到。而且禮賓小哥的形象都非常nice，真的強烈推薦！ps:有一個小小的建議，畢竟是温泉酒店，酒店還是可以配備一點扎頭髮的橡皮筋的，護理包裏也沒有。洗護用品不太好用，可以根據房型價格來區分擺放，讓客户有可選性。總之還是很滿意這家酒店，如果再來元謀一定會再次入住！
