Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Montréal

Non c'è colazione al piano del piano del receptionista. 29.9 Più autoassistenza. Il receptionista ti sta facendo il culo (non dubitare della freschezza) vale la pena raccomandare che il receptionista è molto paziente. La vista della stanza all'inizio è molto oscura. Ho detto alla receptionista che la vista non è buona e non è comoda, Poi aspettavo tre minuti per cambiare una buona vista 1608. Poi potevo vedere l'attrazione 67. Ecco che la stanza è davvero grande, i bagni sono molto forti, o non c'è un'unità esterna senza trappole. Tutti si preparano in anticipo, e la valutazione complessiva è davvero super comoda.

Un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. C'è un centro commerciale al piano terra. Il parcheggio è comodo. Puoi scegliere il parcheggio custodito o parcheggiare da solo. Ci vogliono più di dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel al centro storico di Montreal e alla Cattedrale.

Hotel totalmente rinnovato con hall elegante ed accogliente. Camere spaziose e nuove con letti molto comodi. Idem con bagni e doccia spaziale. Fermata della metro sotto l’hotel. Starbucks difronte. Abbastanza vicino al centro. Costo della colazione esorbitante. Un po’ di confusione in sede di check-out e chiamata del taxi per aeroporto.

Atmosphere/Accommodations 4.5 – very nice looking hotel, restaurant, and room. We were upgraded to the 11th top premium floor Corner Room which had a full kitchen even and a Keurig. Service 4.5 – hotel staff with whom we interacted were all very courteous Niggles – elevator makes the most awful, unnerving noise I’ve ever heard out of one, certainly doesn’t inspire any confidence at all but rather just the opposite; room ill-prepped – no shampoo or conditioner, nor cups for the Keurig; shower head only trickled on the regular setting but blasted like a jet engine on the only other setting that worked; bedroom could definitely use more light, just two dim nightlamps, which made for nice ambiance at times but when needed more light, it just wasn’t to be had. Food & Beverage – can’t comment much for while happy hour is always a welcome treat, we had to leave to early the next morning to enjoy breakfast there, which was a crying shame for that’s one of our favorite things about this brand

L'AC Hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative per il fine settimana a Montreal. Per un hotel che non era necessariamente sul nostro radar prima di visitare, il personale, l'atmosfera, la pulizia e la vibrazione dell'hotel erano eccellenti. Il nostro viaggio ha iniziato e terminato con il nostro incredibilmente utile agente di front desk Carlos, che ha condiviso il nostro entusiasmo per il nostro weekend di battaglia e ci ha dato orientamenti e punti di interesse utile che sarebbero vicini al Bell Centre per noi per controllare. La nostra stanza era spaziosa con una bella vista della città che è stata amplificata una volta che una leggera caduta di neve ha iniziato la nostra seconda notte. Tra la posizione, che si trova a una corta metropolitana al centro Bell, le amiche moderne e il personale amichevole, questo è assolutamente un hotel che consiglio per ogni viaggiatore e uno a cui ci aspettiamo di tornare per la nostra prossima visita a Montreal.

We stayed at Hotel Zero 1 for the Just For Laughs Festival originally for 4 nights which turned into 5 when our flight was canceled. The hotel is located perfectly whether you are going shopping along St Catherine's, doing the JFL Festival or hitting the Old Port water front. All is in close walking distance. The hotel is very clean and seems to be recently renovated. We stayed in a loft room #1113. Everything is good however the shower could be a bit larger (felt like we were in Europe) with more water pressure. Contrary to other reviews there is no issue with hot water. The only negative I would say is the bed, it is supposed to be a queen (although the room is large and can accommodate a king bed) but it is smaller than a traditional 'north American' queen size bed. Feels more like a double which is more in line with a euro queen. The bed was not very comfortable but after the 4th night sleep we were finally getting used to it. The housekeeping and front desk staff are very nice. We will consider staying here again upon our next visit to Montreal mainly based on its location to everything .

First, Hilton-branded hotels are my chain of choice and I am also a Diamond Member and have been for years. We chose the Hampton Inn Downtown Montreal due to its location; close to Old Montreal, Chinatown, the shopping district, and restaurants. At check-in the customary ”thank you for being an Honors Member” was not mentioned though not a big deal! As a Diamond Member I asked about the comp upgrade if available. I was told by the agent at the front desk that there were no upgrades available and that I was in a room with a ”couch”! Not sure what the 1 ½ person couch would do but whatever. We arrived at our room, our small room. We were on a 7-day trip to cold climates with outdoor events therefore we had a lot of baggage - nowhere to put it all in the room. From the room, I dialed ”0” and asked if we could please be assigned another room. The person on the phone said ”yes, of course, we will put you in a suite!”. (See above, front desk agent, no suites available.) We arrived to a large suite with great amenities - full kitchen and appliances, corner room, lots of room, etc. The downside, the floors were a mess - I mentioned it but never heard back. We used a damp towel and cleaned the entire room ourselves. Oh, the towel, it wasn't healthy looking after that. The runner carpets at the bed were no better. I door parking was great BUT it's where all the ********* smokers gather though there's no indoor smoking in any of the building. BTW - note that ********* is TOTALLY legal in Canada so that was not the issue - smoking inside was the issue. So, great location, nice property, attention to detail and Hilton Honors members is very lacking and a front desk agent who got caught in a little lie!

Exceptional hospitality. Convention hotel and very busy. Tyler at check in was extremely helpful and patient. Lady Manager in the room behind front desk was on top of everything. Even overhead conversation and went above and beyond to assist unprompted even though there was a line of guests at check in. Enjoyed watching the staff work in tandem like a Synchronized dance while waiting. Management here runs a tight ship. From bell desk to valet to lounge to room service or requesting items via chat, all fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Lounge was busy but replenished food fast. Service was still cheerful though understaffed. Appreciate the hospitality. Can’t recommend enough

The best part of the hotel was the location.It's not that it was bad, it's just that they need to work on getting the details right.The area is right downtown, so there was a security concern and we were happy to see that the elevators had a room key access device,unfortunately, it was not always activated, it said that it was in function from 6:00 pm, but friday around nine pm it was not.Also there were little details in the room that were not working properly and it had a small feel of neglect, upon departure when I mentionned that the shower temp went from very hot to scalding with no cooler option,they responded kind of weirdly, almost blaming me for not calling maintenance to get it fixed.Could be an excellent hotel with a better management of the little details that make the difference from ok to great.
