旅館位於居民區，導航不能直接到樓下。導航終點有個超市，從超市旁的路一直開到頭左拐第一棟樓就是。房間在二樓，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，雖然在居民區但很安靜，女老闆熱情周到有求必應。吃飯的地方也不太遠。總之是個不錯的民宿。

湯旺河家庭旅館評價
對於家庭旅館的情況我是做了心理準備的，所以並沒有太高的預期。但是對於攜程上的評價作假實在是不能接受，所以必須真實評價一下。房主很熱情，樓下在修路，車子上不來也沒地方停，老公去停車了，房主主動幫我一起拎了箱子上三樓，這點非常感謝。另外，房主説給升級了房型，考慮到我父母年紀大了，給安排的三樓的房子，原來定的在四樓，這點也非常感謝。但是，這點是等到我們箱子都搬到三樓了才説的，而原定的四樓在另外一個門洞，要換回去意味着要搬下三樓再搬上四樓，我衹能放棄了。這個家庭旅館是臨着大馬路的，車來車往很吵，而且司機還喜歡經過這的時候按喇叭，我不明白為什麼，幾乎每輛車都按喇叭，總之是非常非常吵，我之前衹知道這邊講話聲音大，所以特意關了所有的窗户，怕早上別人起得早説話大聲吵醒，但是半夜兩點我被熱醒了（我什麼也沒蓋，衹穿了睡裙），然後就叫醒兒子跟兒子換了床，他睡的單人床靠近風扇，我打開風扇，準備繼續睡，結果發現單人床特別硬根本不是床墊的感覺而是木板的感覺，我把被子鋪在床上還是無法入睡，硌得渾身疼，另外風扇質量太差聲音太吵，也令我無法入睡，折騰了兩個小時後我把風扇關了，把老公叫醒換到了大床上，迷迷糊糊的睡了一個小時，然後又被來回的大車喇叭聲驚醒，隨着車輛越來越多，更加無法入睡了，我可以接受沒有空調，也可以接受沒有電梯，也可以接受牀板很硬（因為每個人感受不同），但是為什麼評價都是很安靜？這不是睜眼説瞎話嗎？如果知道這個家庭旅館臨着大馬路，我是絕對絕對不會訂的。2個房間480的房費在上海的確很便宜，但這是在東北，東北什麼房價？上海什麼房價？在東北，家庭旅館240一間溢價至少100%，這麼吵的房間卻評價都是安靜，不能理解

位置很好，離火車站很近，走路十分鐘就到。緊挨着金街和廣場，周圍全是飯館，還有很多超市。水果又多又新鮮。老闆娘特別熱情，走的時候還幫我們聯繫叫車，這邊打車不太方便。司機師傅也很健談，很負責，中午人最多的時候還願意送我們上石林，收費也很合理，沒有宰客。在湯旺玩兒的很開心。

1️⃣位置：在離湯旺河林海奇石景區5公里位置，著名民宿九鑫的一公裡外。其實就是湯旺河鎮中心的邊緣，橋頭邊，自駕遊吃早餐很方便，過橋就是早餐店，早餐好吃。可以點**外賣。酒店不提供餐飲。
2️⃣周邊飲食：吃的老林區飯館，真好吃，小公雞必點。
3️⃣設施：洗澡龍頭很旺，水也熱，但要注意熱水器容量小，一家子要分開洗，不然容易洗着洗着冷水了。
4️⃣衞生：鎮裏的家庭酒店，一般。大家帶好一次性床品毛巾浴巾，不要預期在鄉鎮住漢庭錦江之星亞朵，不現實。也不必抱怨。
5、環境：有年頭了，預訂照片所見即所得。
6、服務：前台小姑娘很熱心客氣。

1 地點: 在湯旺步行街的金街，自駕開車沒辦法開到賓館門口，可以停到小區裏或者金街門口，高德導航就直接到了小區裏。
2 房間是老闆自主的房子，相對收拾的很乾凈，雖然沒有空調房間，另外本身早晚很涼快。
3 房間沒有水，需要自備。
