Hotel in zona Forêt du Bourgailh, Pessac

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.

Comparte la recepción con el Hotel Campanile, y eso se agradece, pues tienes recepción las 24 horas del día. A mi personalmente no me gusta hacer el Checking con una máquina. La habitación es moderna y suficientemente amplia. El hotel debe ser nuevo o construido hace poco. Personalmente he estado cómodo en la habitación y la relación calidad-precio me ha parecido muy buena. Como cosas negativas, que no hay jabón de manos en el baño (tienes que utilizar el dispensador de la ducha) y que está en una zona donde hay muchos mosquitos (al menos a principios de septiembre, que es cuando yo me he alojado), con lo que no puedes abrir la ventana. Eso sí, la habitación está climatizada y desde ese punto tampoco es necesario abrirla. Está en una zona no residencial, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos del centro de Burdeos. Hay una parada de tranvía al lado y tiene un parking gratuito bastante amplio.

Très bon séjour à Enight. Nous étions 4 dans un studio qui malgré tout était spacieux et fonctionnel. Tout est en parfait état, très propre et neuf. De plus, le parking est fermé donc la voiture est en sécurité, et elle peut rester au parking car l’arrêt de bus est à côté pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Un Intermarché est à 2 minutes à pied donc tout est sous la main, emplacement parfait et calme. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Bien placé à la sortie de Bordeaux, c'est un hôtel propre, literie très correct et chambres bien insonorisées, l'accueil est courtois et pro, petit déjeuné assez riche, mais les viennoiseries sont trop peu cuites à mon goût. Il y a un parking sécurisé et gratuit pour les résidents de l'hôtel et des restaurants accessibles à pied en 1 min !

Ottima esperienza, gentilezza e professionalità. Camera pulita e arredi piacevoli e moderni. La staff estremamente disponibile ha sempre risposto alle richieste fatte. Ristorante Les decantes consigliatissimo per una cena intima dai genuini sapori francesi, assolutamente no stress!!!

Specificate questo Novotel centre Saint Jean nelle richieste e contatti perche ne esiste un altro Centre Se arrivate da via Tauzia suonare il campanello e, date il nome che avete usato per la prenotazione e il concierge dell’ albergo aprirà le porte di ferro di accesso al garage: consiglio di parcheggiare nella prima parte riservata al Novotel perché la seconda più vicina alle scale e ascensore di accesso ha un soffitto irregolare scabroso più basso e bisogna fare attenzione con il portello apertura bagagliaio di suv e station wagon , altrimenti si rischia di sfregare: parcheggiare con attenzione perché c ‘ è spazio ,ma fra colonne.. L’ albergo eè moderno e confortevole: abbiamo soggiornato nelle stanze del primo piano con terrazzìni; sono ampie e luminose ,fornite di tutto, asciugacapelli, accappatoi, sapone liquido, bricco per the , caffè, frigorifero ecc. ;la sala della colazione è grande e luminosa con un simpatico giardino, colazione fornita di tutto , camerieri gentili ed efficienti. Alla reception sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e un nostro ringraziamento speciale va al simpatico mister Dao che ci ha anche fatto da barman . L’albergo dista almeno 2.5 km dal centro, ma è servito dalla linea C e D dei tram con fermata su via Tauzia a 50 mt ;essi sono frequentissimi e portano in centro in pochi minuti : biglietto valido 24 h a 5 euro a testa da acquistare ai totem delle fermate :convalidare alla salita. Le linee si incrociano in diversi punti di interscambio e raggiungono tutti i punti meritevoli di visita eccetto( mi sembra) il museo della Marina(ci siamo andati in auto) della città e la base dei sottomarini,(Bassins de lumieres) esperienza straordinaria fa non perdere! Per saperne di più consultate internet perchè e una novità assoluta dal 2020 e guide precedenti non la riportano. In conclusione, Il Novotel è comodissimo e se avremo occasione di tornare a Bordeaux saremo ancora suoi clienti. Unico appunto; la doccia si fa nella vasca da bagno che ha la superficie scivolosa: dunque o si elimina la vasca oppure si dota di maniglioni per tenersi durante la fase di scavalco della parete della vasca ; utili i tappetini antiscivolo.

Stanza pulita. Colazione minima e solamente dolce non c'è stata possibilità di avere qualcosa di salato nemmeno chiedendo alla cucina. Quindi internazionale x niente! Il concetto eco potrebbe essere buono come idea, ma in una camera matrimoniale di 5 PASSI x 5 PASSI con il bagno di 2 PASSI x 5 PASSI è stato veramente difficile aprire i bagagli di 2 persone se non facendolo sul letto e richiudendoli ogni vokta dipo aver preso il necessario. C'era un mjni angolo scrittura con una sedia. I comodini sono due mensoline grandi come un cellulare. Loro non forniscono prodotti da bagno (concetto eco) quindi devi usare i tuoi e manca completamente dove appoggiare qualsiasi cosa. Se anche aggiungessero soprattutto in bagno delle mensole non si rovinerebbe di certo il pianeta. Avevamo 2 asciugamani in totale , di media dimensione, per due adulti e due notti prenotate. Nessun cambio biancheria è previsto. Va giusto solo bene x una notte di passaggio, due notti sono state complicate x due adulti ed un bagaglio x 3 settimane di tour in Francia. Nel 2022 ci sono diversi cantieri perché stanno creando un nuovo quartiere enorme, luogo non adatto a chi ha bisogno di silenzio assoluto la notte. Camera a piano terra sul passaggio esterno : si vede tutto dentro le camere dalla finesta sul passaggio. L'alternativa è tenere chiusa la tapparella e sempre la luce accesa sempre e direi che questo smonta completamente il loro concetto eco.

L'hotel è un po' lontano dalla città, ma può parcheggiare gratuitamente.Se è auto-conduzione, è molto consigliabile, perché il parcheggio a Bordeaux è molto difficile.L'hotel è molto pulito, il bagno è un po' piccolo, il letto è molto grande e il bagno è molto comodo.L'atteggiamento del servizio di frontiera dell'hotel è anche buono. Dopo le nove della notte, non c'è modo di controllare.
