Do not trust this establishment. We are currently reporting them to BBB- here’s why. 1. We stay at the resort / we love the mountain proximity. (2.3 out 2.4) 2. While on property, we decide to book for the weekend of 3.8 3. The mountain was having rain- so I call march 1 which is 7 days prior to what I thought was our arrival date. 4. When I do call to cancel - I’m told by the woman on the phone that there is no record of our reservation. I asked her to please check her system again- she said she did- and we have “no reservation to cancel” 5. We review our previous month cc statement - we see a charge from Bromley Lodge for 2 nights 6. I promptly call Bromley who then says we were a “no-show”- I’m perplexed 7. After many calls they tell us they understand the problem where their “asst manager placed the wrong dates- and they apologize and we’ll be refunded. 8. The Weds leading up to the original stay date (3/8) I get an email confirmation. 9. I promptly call tell yet another person what happened, they kind of know -but promised of a call back- 10. After much back and forth / they tell is they will only refund one night. 11. Unacceptable. I will be calling my card company- also sharing my experience w the BBB and all of my friends from my previous employer: Condé Nast . Never again here.

What a wonderful hotel! Arrived late (11 pm) and greeted by a friendly, smiling man who was the resident manager. He was full of helpful information and was so welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed so very comfortable. Lovely view from room balcony of ski slopes. And price was so reasonable! Would definitely recommend this hotel

I don't typically write negative reviews but this was one of the worst stays I've had being a frequent traveler and people need to be aware. Aside from this hotel having very outdated rooms/decor/tv/etc, deteriorating exterior, minuscule breakfast, etc.....the staff was very unaccommodating and rude to say the least. Amongst a slew of other disappointments, their night time desk person, Curt (or Kurt), literally chased my friend and I up the stairs when we were heading to our rooms after arriving around 10pm. We heard someone frantically running up the stairs behind us so we stopped to see what was going on. Then, Curt appears below us and starts interrogating us as to whether or not we're actually staying there. We explained that our significant others had checked us and our kids into our rooms earlier in the day and that we were heading up to bed with just arriving. That unfortunately didn't satisfy ole Curt, so I proceeded to give him a play by play of our entire afternoon leading up to us arriving at the hotel. Only then did he finally decide it was OK to let us proceed to our rooms. As well, when our ladies checked us in with Curt earlier, he insisted they give him our young children's names, age, etc so he could "enter them into his system" whatever that means. Very inappropriate and unnecessary info to ask for and even though my girlfriend questioned him needing this, he insisted it was necessary. Our kids are between the ages of 5-9. What on earth would you need their information for? Nothing....that's what. Give it a rest Curt. To summarize- this place is very old, dilapidated, waaaaaaay overpriced, and falsely advertised. Needless to say, we will never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you're heading to the Magic Mountain area. You have been warned.
