Beautiful hotel, with great spa and extraordinary food! The breakfast buffet was simply great and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The hotel is led by a family who cared a lot about the wishes of their guests. staff was super nice too .overall it was simply great!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. First the room was super comfortable and you could see a lot of time was spent thinking about everything. The fact that you can control almost all the lighting from your bedside for instance. The bathroom was also very nice with a lot of space. Wellness area is divided in two, the part on the roof with the swimming pool with view on the mountains is accessible from 16+ years old and it really makes a difference to enjoy a swim without kids screaming and jumping around. Staff is very helpful and speaks german, english and french. I really liked the food and my wife who is vegan was absolutely delighted with the vegan offering. You can rent electric mountain bike for a reasonable fee and if you are into wandering there is an organised walk every day. Highly recommended.

We were booked in two Alpinjuel rooms next to each other. We booked directly with the hotel many months in advance, and made it very clear we wanted air conditioning in our rooms, and these were the only room types with air conditioning. On arrival, we were told that or rooms had been "upgraded" to two bigger rooms without air conditioning. I was obviously not very happy with this and asked them to change us back, however the hotel had already sold the rooms that we had originally booked (and paid a nonrefundable deposit for), and was only able to offer us one of the rooms. As a result both our rooms were at the opposite ends of the hotel, and on different levels too. No compensation was offered and I had to fight for a late checkout (when I first asked they just told me that the manager was not in and I had to ask again the next day - they even wanted to charge me 35 Euros for the late checkout). In the end they only offered late checkout for one of the rooms so we had to pack and move all the items at the checkout time to one room. The person working at the front desk that evening was condescending and rude. At least the person working the next day was pretty nice. Overall the service recovery was very poor. The reason this isn't a one-star review is that the hotel is pretty nice. In the one room that had air conditioning, the air conditioning worked well and was cool (20c) despite a heat wave in the area. The pool, saunas, and food were also pretty good. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.

It was great, It gave us a wonderful job experience. The food was awesome. Definitely remarkable. The sky spa and familienschwimmbad are mesmerizing. The hotel design is amazing, from furniture to decoration. Top! Though the room service was not that good, still we enjoyed this Hotel.

The hotel is just delightful, beautifully and elegantly furnished and decorated. The level of service and attention to detail is amazing. All of the family, especially Magdalena and their team work incredibly hard. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the indoor spa. The restaurant is fabulous - We had amazing dinners with our lovely waiters, Marco & Anna. It is a great place to hike and ride bikes and then such lovely surroundings to eat, relax and enjoy afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

Super schönes Hotel, tolles Personal, alles super nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Wir können das Wellnesshotel nur weiterempfehlen.
