Il personale usa spesso l'ascensore con gli ospiti. Tutti gli attrezzi dei tre addetti alle pulizie sono ammucchiati nell'ascensore e solo tre ospiti possono salire. Booked 2 adults & 1 child 12 & under (I wasn't required to specify age on booking site - my girl is 12). On arrival a rude & arrogant receptionist told us we only had twin beds provided as ”a child usually means a baby”?! He did eventually change us to a 4 bed room. Upon entering our shoes stuck to the dirty floor in the kitchen area. ,There was a grubby uncleaned portable cooktop, the table and surfaces throughout the room had sticky patches & drink rings. The bathroom was grotty with what appeared to be never- cleaned grout & a dirty basin. The ironing board collapsed when pressure (i.e. the iron) was applied to it. We used one of the token operated washing machines for guests & had to rewash elsewhere as everything stunk. The only redeeming features here were a good cooked breakfast & lovely housekeeping staff.

Arrival went almost smoothly, rooms weren’t ready and were still being cleaned on arrival, no biggie we were informed they were under staffed that day which was understandable and we didn’t mind at all waiting but then the problems didn’t stop….lifts broke down minutes after checking in, not managements fault but the lack of building knowledge or how to get to our rooms via stairs was disappointing, only when my partner explained about the fire escape doors being exit only for the 5th time was a key finally sourced to give access to our floors and rooms (with all our valuables and keys in it!), following this we found our friends key card had stopped giving access to our shared apartment room which was quickly sorted…..or so we thought….hallways and rooms had a slight mouldy smell, lamps missing light bulbs, 2 of the 3 aircons just not turning on at all (even after following manuals provided in the back of the guest book and trying multiple different remotes!) all of which we deemed too difficult to even bother bringing up with management due to our previous interaction. After returning from the city late at night we found out or key card had now stopped working and we had no access to our apartment! After calling the after hours mobile only to find its now disconnected we called the land line provided to find the so called ‘night carer’ which turned out to be someone from a neighbouring building with also no knowledge of the apartments! After attempting to give us access to the master key from the lockbox at the front of the building (wrong code no access again surprise, surprise) frustrated and tired we gave in and ended up asking our friends to cut their night short to come back and try their card to let us in. When addressed with reception the following morning about the previous nights debacle we were treated to a blank stare and unapologetic response after fixing the card for us my partner asked the receptionist if this would possibly now cause our friends card to stop working again to which we were told it would and she’d need both cards to be brought down at the same time to be able to give them simultaneous access….*** so they knew only 1 card would have access from the beginning….Huge, Huge lack of management and training. How about instead of being defensive and finding excuses to every review you actually do something and spend a day (or week) training your staff!

Se si usa la proprietà a causa delle camere accessibili che offrono, questo potrebbe indicare che si potrebbe avere problemi di mobilità e non sarebbe facile andare in cerca di un posto dove prendere un caffè o altro cibo. L'azienda del tipo 24/7 sul canto è vicino, ma non è un caffè o un caffè. L'appartamento era bello, molto pulito, ben strutturato. Il personale era piacevole. L'unico problema è stato il luogo che potrebbe essere meglio descritto come si trova in un'area commerciale/di business.

Avoid unless you’re an insomniac. On a map and via street view this hotel looks well positioned, a few hundred meters from the Perth Mint. But in fact it’s not in the best part of town. During a seven night stay , each and every night had various strange street encounters. Mostly loud drug or alcohol induced aggressive shouting matches right outside the hotel. On one night we did not have to wait until darkness to arrive to witness these events, directly at the entrance of the lobby. Whilst none of this is the fault of the hotel there was no evidence of night time security or even advice from the hotel about the possibility of encountering these events. Hopefully the management are lobbying the local police and authorities to help with these issues. Whilst these matters were outside the control of the hotel , the loutish behaviour in the inner courtyard on the Friday evening at 7:30 should have been taken care of by the hotel. Large groups seem to be the forte of the hotel and when they all have a balcony facing each other it’s a nightmare. Then the room , tired and in need a refresh. Positive’s :- our room was made up every other day despite being told that there was no cleaning provided. The car park is secure and brightly lit. The price did not , in my opinion, match the location or the state of the rooms

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana mentre mio figlio visitava l'università. Mio marito aveva soggiornato per sei settimane quando arrivava per la prima volta a WA, così aveva qualche idea. Tuttavia, abbiamo finito di pagare il doppio di quello che ha fatto. La stanza era davvero stanca, e aveva una porta accanto alla stanza dei nostri vicini (chiusa, ma era davvero malata e tosse tutto il tempo che eravamo li'). Di conseguenza, è stato davvero difficile dormire, e il giorno prima di partire, sono sceso con gli stessi sintomi che lei fece. Non necessariamente gli hotel sono colpevoli, ma frustrante, come sono finito malato per due settimane dopo aver lasciato con gli stessi sintomi dei vicini. Upside: vicino alla città (in prossimità di passeggiata), facile prenotazione, facile check in. A lot of Uber Eats options available in close proximity. Also easy access to arterial route’ around the city. Bassa: foto di consulente di viaggio fuori data (nessuna piscina), le camere sono davvero stanche, bagni ancora più così. Lavanderia deve essere fatto nel bagno. Le camere sono pulite solo una volta durante i soggiorni di otto giorni. Le camere che si trovano ad altri non hanno alcuna privacy, perché si può sentire letteralmente tutto.Il parcheggio può essere difficile (siamo stati lì il fine settimana che Freo’s giocavano e non potevano parcheggiare nel parcheggio dell’hotel). Aveva una microonde, ma nessun cuoco, quindi ci comprava un panino per colazione e pranzo.

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Poiché era a metà della notte dovevamo premere un buzzer e aspettare che qualcuno ci parlasse attraverso l'oratore, ma se fossero dormiti o non potevano essere disturbati, lo spinse per molto tempo, Finalmente qualcuno è arrivato sopra l'oratore che era distorto e mi hanno detto di lasciare il dito sul buzzer, ci hanno lasciato entrare e di nuovo ha iniziato a raccontare di nuovo sul buzzer, noi gli abbiamo completamente ignorato di indicare il nostro nome e quante notti abbiamo Infatti, penso che finalmente abbia avuto l'idea di darci una chiave e dei buoni per il nostro colazione. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Excellent views,we had the Swan & Waterfront Park as our room with a view. Very handy to bus stops going either way,and convenience stores close by. Breakfast was great,but we cheated and went to The Hyatt next door for dinner as a treat. Excellent shower,and bed was comfy.

The European Hotel retains much of its distinctive style but it IS different under the new management. Miss Maud is on an extended break but it looks like the wonderful buffet cafe/restaurant on the corner has gone forever. There is a small coffee shop as part of the complex. We were disappointed with the service. Offerings were fairly limited and not cheap. But there are other options nearby. The hotel is now more Eurasian. There is nothing wrong with that of course. Staff at reception are professional but can be curt at times. I endorse the comment of the reviewer who mentioned information about wifi and password was not freely given at check-in. Having said that, the free wifi was very good. Room was as we expected. Comfortable but the airconditioning took a little while to get used to. The hotel is an easy walk from Perth railway station so it is convenient for people using the new (October 2022) airport line. Public bus services pass close by. Many businesses in the area have closed down but the hotel surroundings are generally safe. However, some patrons may feel a little uneasy about some of the local street and homeless people.
