The hotel is in center of city and near all main shoping and restaurants We had issues with our shower but they changed the room immediately Also the young gentleman at front desk was very very helpful I forgot his name but I am putting his picture here , if you visit this hotel do ask for him

Villa Permeti is truly a hidden gem...somewhat off the beaten path from the city centre. But having navigated a couple of narrow cobblestone streets, the Villa Permeti is a welcome respite indeed. Although a small, boutique hotel, the establishment more than makes up with its excellently appointed rooms and fabulous dining room options offering wonderful Albanian country breakfasts, hearty lunches, and delightfully delicious dinners. The tasty local wine offerings are an added benefit. Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff paired with an extremely well cared for hotel facility including immaculately tended accommodations...the Villa Permeti is not to be overlooked. Highly recommend !!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the town is awesome. The women who work there are worth getting to know as they are fun and funny. Take the time to engage them. They made the stay so great. Nice bathroom. Hotel could use some updates. Maybe skip the breakfast.

Never had a hotel before where, on arrival, we have to make up our own bed - just a folded sheet and folded blanket on the bed. Service like this is backpackers hostel territory not hotel Room bright and..... DID I SAY THE ROOM WAS BRIGHT!!! One high intensity energy saving central light bulb. No bedside light or subdued lighting option Fridge in room but not plugged in when we arrived so not cold Very miserly toiletries - a single, small sachet of shampoo each. Nice and quiet except for the dogs baking outside in the middle of the night And the sound, every sound, from the rooms next door, and up/down because of the paper thin walls Breakfast same Albanian breakfast fare. No fruit Had a toaster Coffee iffy - I'm pretty certain we are in coffee with chicory territory No butter, just prepacked margerine tubs By all accounts this is 1 of only 2 hotels in the town

Terrible service th owner looked like she was in the Afghan army she acted like that the rooms no conditioner bed was so uncomfortable we woke up a couple of times it had ants and cocuroches never coming here again
