Tutto è stato bello. Controlla il tuo arredo come era stato. Il servizio bar è sempre eccellente.

Io viaggiavo da solo nel giugno 2023 con tre bambini di età inferiore a 7 anni e mi sono fermato in questo luogo. Ero così felice di trovare qualcosa vicino alla strada. Questa era una fermata di notte veloce durante un viaggio di 12 ore. Tutto era grande da check-in a check-out. Il cameriere del desk era veloce e efficiente a controllare me e mi aveva in una stanza facile da raggiungere con i bambini; e non appena mi sono recata in camera, si accertava che avessi tutto quello che mi serviva, che era molto utile, perché era tardi e ero sola. La mattina seguente la colazione era fantastica. C'era qualcosa per tutti e la struttura era pulita e rinfrescata rapidamente. Ho notato che ci sono stati molti tour di cittadini senior che rimangono anche la notte e sono felice di essere con loro. Il check out è stato veloce e facile. Io pianificare di restare qui di nuovo, come di solito restiamo in questa zona ogni estate in viaggio. Molto consigliato.

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Il servizio al divano frontale era efficiente. Siamo anziani e un giovane che lavorava all'hotel ci ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio al momento dell'arrivo e ha rifiutato un consiglio. Che shock.🫢 Tutti e due mio marito ho cercato di darlo a lui. Così grande inizio! Dagli un sollevamento! Il personale di pulizia del quarto piano era molto utile e cortese. La parte migliore è la posizione. Tutto quello che ti serve è entro pochi chilometri, se non attraverso la strada. Questa sarà la nostra scelta di ritorno per soggiornare. Mi dispiace solo che non ci fossero cookie caldi, che sicuramente dovrebbero essere rilasciati il fine settimana.

Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!
