"Pleasant Stay with Great Location, But Room Needs Some Improvements The hotel is in a strategic location — very easy to access shopping malls and local attractions such as Jalan Semarang (great street food!), the train station to Kualanamu Airport. The lobby is cozy, and the front desk staff are welcoming and fluent in English, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of local dishes such as lontong sayur, porridge, local snacks, toast, and a limited salad bar. There’s also a coffee machine available. I really appreciated the beautiful hotel corridors — has different wallpaper colors and soft carpets, which create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. However, the room itself could use some upgrades. The furniture, especially the wardrobe, felt damp and outdated. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable, and the standing shower flooded easily during use. It would also be helpful to have a proper dressing table or at least a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was too dim for makeup or grooming. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to stay, but a few updates in the rooms would greatly enhance the experience."

"Hands down the best hotel in Medan! Breakfast is incredible with the best iced coffee I have ever had. Service is so excellent with at least 3-4 of the staff coming to my table to bring me made to order eggs, made to order French toast, coffees, etc. Brian was great!"
