siamo stati recentemente. Ho trovato la persona dell'accoglienza molto molto gentile, l'hotel bello e ben tenuto (qualche dettaglio curato) , camere pulite e ho dormito molto bene. non ho provato la colazione ma mi ritengo soddisfatta!

Albergo non all’altezza delle 4 stelle per sporcizia e confort non a disposizione. I corridoi di moquette erano sporchi (cartacce, polvere) e anche la stanza presentava polvere e il lenzuolo era macchiato. Nel bagno mancavano i generi che ci aspetta per un hotel di questo livello: solo due asciugamani, nessuna protezione per i capelli o salviettine.

Prenotato la sera precedente. L'albergo è vicinissimo al centro, Sul davanti, un piccolo parcheggio e un vecchio mulino. Pulitissimo. Personale gentile e accogliente. Viaggio spesso e quello che ho trovato all'Ibis Périgueux è quello che un viaggiatore chiede. Grazie!

The hotel is In an ideal location and the staff were most welcoming. We chose to dine in as the meals were excellent and reasonably priced and the service good. Our room was good and the rate fair. It could however benefited from a small kettle to make a hot drink.

Reception were friendly. Although free parking is advertised there are only a couple of spaces but with help from receptionist we found a space virtually next door- but did then have to lug all our cases around to the hotel.
Room perfectly adequate for a short stay, and close to the city centre

Really good location down by the river but just a short walk up to old town Perigueux. Friendly, professional staff, good setup. Rooms nice and comfortable, twins have a good view out to the cathedral. Good value for money and usually you can park right outside for free if you get lucky! Nice outside terrace for morning breakfast.

Wonderful staff, nice and reasonably priced restaurant, large room (for France). Fabulous location. Only complaint was that there was no way to cool the room except opening the window.

I booked a room for 24-26 th August and made sure that it was possible to cancel as my itinerary could change.I paid in advance. My itinerary did change and I cancelled and recieved confirmation that it was within the time limits. I booked the 27-29th august and stayed there. The hotel are refusing to refund me and refuse to have any correspondence with me. The Accor group head office have confirmed that my cancellation met the criteria on and I should receive a refund but 2.5months later the hotel will not respond. Rip off
