There was cobwebs in the room and the hot tub was nasty and the jets didn't really work and on a Saturday around 3ish I was kick out of the hot tub for them to put chemicals in it, something that should have been done at night when no one is in it....I wasn't happy with this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Rates reasonable, allows pets, room was extremely clean, and friendly staff.

Kids were running halls and playing hockey in the hall until after 1am. Parents/adults loud and yelling until 3 am.
No hot water in the shower.
Other than that staff was not the most thrilled at check in. House keeping was most friendly and working hard though.

Let me start by saying I would stay here again but there were issues. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there were exposed wiring in the halls. The first room we were put in had a non- working heater and the filter was completely plugged with dirt. When I called the front desk he promptly came to the room and attempted to fix the heat without success. He moved us to another room which was similar and had working heat. However the temp for the shower was backwards hot was cold and cold was hot. We left for the day and returned and could not enter the building because our key cards had deactivated. The desk agent came and let us in and replaced our key cards. Like I said I would say here again with hopefully less hiccups.

This was a very clean hotel, no matter where you were staying n hotel. Breakfast was great, many choices to choose from. Only problem we had was the guests above us were LOUD all night. It sounded like a roller derby, bowling alley, or a bouncy house. Sounded like 300 pound person jumping on the floor, and suitcase being thrown on the floor or dragged across the floor. Everything else was great!

My only gripe is that the room only had one comfortable chair, not a sofa, like in the pics of the rooms. Everything else was fine.
